They are so so cheap. That they took the AARP very small discount. Really?? We are already on a budget. The small 10% discount would not hurt them. It helps senior customers.

The yogurt was good as usual but the young lady started mopping the floor with a strong solution which made me go outside and finish my yogurt

Excelent service and a wide variety of toppings to choose from. Only down side is their price they charge by weight and price for a medium to large can range between 10 and 14 depending on the toppings. Other than that great place. I recommend 100% specially for the kids.

This place is a winner ticket to get the COVID19!!They do not follow most of the protocols for food places. The only thing they do is to give each customer a plastic glove to touch the yogurt machine and toppings spoons. Other than that, nothing at all.-NO social distance signs anywhere. Obviously people didn’t stay 6’ apart in my visit.-ZERO control of occupancy. I sat down with my daughter and husband because the place was empty, after 5 minutes a group of 4 came in and after 5more mins a group of 10, and 2 more couples. We had to leave. The place was MORE than 100% of occupancy there was a line with 4 people waiting to serve their yogurt with all full tables. We finish eating in the car.My 2 stars goes to flavor and nice topping display.

The staff there of teenage girls have surly,bad, lazy attitudes. Im beginning to hate going in there because of them. They have the audacity to have a tip jar out.Why?! Otherwise, the yogurt is always fresh and tasty yet pricey.

Very disappointed,we come here frequently and this is the first time I’ve have a bad experience!!!! Ordered my yogurt employe puts sides in we pay and my daughter is about to sit down to enjoy her yogurt when she finds a long hair wrapped in all the cherries pulls it up and there is about 4 cherries stuck all around the hair so the employee offers her another one gave her the same cherries she had previously gave her 😡didn’t even apologize

A very expensive place i Iove sweet frogs but to pricey they weigh there yogurt. I went down the street to braums and got a ice cream cone for under a dollar fifty.

I visit several locations due to having family all over and what I love about this shop is it is always clean. Last time I went it was so busy and a young man was still sweeping the floors. The restrooms are always clean to. I always see employees wiping and cleaning and not just sitting talking behind the counter like some locations. We love sweet frog.

I have to eat gluten free so I do like that there are lables on the yogurt. I do wish there were more options for gluten free though. Im not a huge fan of the cheesecake flavor. The cotton candy is good. The toppings are easily cross contaminated because of the closeness of the foods and unpredictability of people self serving. My 3 year old loves this place though! He loves the colors and decorations and all of the frogs. Good place to take children, but can be expensive.

I went to their website looking for sugar free options because Im diabetic, and there seem to be plenty. I went to their location and sadly they didnt have any. The store was cleanly, some fruit was old. I really wish that they had what they advertised on their website.

The yogurt flavors are delicious. The variety of topping are amazing. I would recommend, they chop the fruit a bit smaller. I personally dislike putting a huge chuck of fruit in my yogurt/ice cream. The kids Love it too. Definitely a spot to hit anytime.

I went by with my daughter at 7:05pm tonight and they were closed despite the hours saying they are open till 9:00pm. Lights were on and there was n employee inside, but doors were locked and the open sign was turned off. My little girl was very disappointed. As for other visits it has a good family vibe. Maybe just call in advance, because they may close way earlier than their hours say.

We love coming here for a sweet treat. They have many flavors to choose from and toppings galore. My favorite is the mango topped with fresh fruit and popping bobas! Service is great as well.

My son love the strawberry and vanilla mix cup ice cream with sprinkles. I enjoy watching him choose it himself.

On 2-6-19 the manager close 20 min early, i don’t know if that’s the regular time that you let your manager close the door, but you did loose about like 20 people that were trying to go in and have their ice cream. Even the employee that was on the clock was embarrassed with the customers when they would try to open the door but they couldn’t because it was locked. The manager even had an attitude and was being rude. You can even see thru your cameras that the door was locked and people were walking away. If you are going to have special deals for your customers at least close the store at the time it’ supposed to be closing. I don’t know if closing the doors 20 min early before closing time is a policy but you are loosing business like that..

Business hrs for employees or for customers? Today 2-6-2019 manager had an attitude with customers. She closed store at 8:40, but store closes at 9pm. Even an employee said he doesnt know why they were closing early. I saw many customers, like 20 or more walking back. I was eating my yogurt outside. Today was the bogo free day.

Two girls working had no idea how to properly clean up vomit and were simply spreading it around with the mop. Mgmt needs to have better tools and techniques for those sweet young ladies.

This is supposed to be no weigh weekend on the $4 $6 and $8 cups but the Mesquite location would only allow you to do the $4 cup. If youre going to participate, you should do it fully.

Its my sons birthday weekend and we spent most of the day out enjoying the summers heat. I thought it would be a nice treat to take my son, niece, and nephew here for a quick tasty cool down. Apparently my kind isnt the usual customer. I felt totally unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Not just from the employees but also the guest that were inside. Instead of enjoying the cool air and frozen yogurt inside I opted to sit outside but at that point I was already uncomfortable and just ready to go home. I would not spend any more of my money here I would much rather go to Braums.
