I would definitely not recommend this shady business! I came in here to sell a gold ring not for much but for a little bit higher than what I was offered from the pawnshop down the way. The guy (son of owner) asked me how much I want for it and I told him 300 because the pawn shop down the way offered me 200. He examined my ring and made it seem as if he was going to give me the 300 then turns around and say well you may wanna go back to them and get that 200 rudely while laughing! I didn’t see anything funny about that if you knew you weren’t able to provide a Customer On what they ask you for then you should have been straightforward to say I can’t or won’t be able to give you the 300. Instead of dragging the conversation and making jokes. I pray for small businesses like this one to continue to service our community but our community does not deserve anything mean individuals. This business needs to be more professional and well kept up. I can see a person in their 60s going there to buy jewelry but definitely not a young crowd. Glad I was able to take my ring to another business and actually came into $400 when one door closes another one opens. I don’t wanna hear anything about FTC got lines Customer service comes first and you guys I don’t know that if you’re running a business! Just look at how they talk to their customers in the reviews!

Where to start... Loved the owners. Very polite, great personalities, down to earth, and very knowledgeable. Dallas and his wife were super informative and made me feel secure about the transaction. I didn’t want to leave our rings with just anyone so I researched a few places, turned down a couple after visiting, but decided here after just a few minutes.I came in with my husband to have our rings repaired. I neglected mine for years and had recently lost a diamond and crushed another. My husband lost a stone. We were instantly greeted. The repair process was explained to us and what to expect. We were even introduced to the other employee just in case we were contacted by him. Three diamonds later, plus I had them dip my ring to change from white to yellow gold, the rings are beautiful. I’ve been in this store twice more then 6 months apart from each visit and I will say that the owner and salesman recognized me which is impressive due to wearing a mask on the second visit. I had a budget in mind for a small studs, the salesman collaborated with the owner and they produced a gorgeous pair of loose diamonds they were willing to let go in my budget, they even had to mounted a martini setting to match my larger pair of studs! This place did an amazing job with my wedding ring. My diamond had come out of the setting. The reset the diamond and rhodium plated my ring and band. They look brand new and my diamond is more secure than ever. It was also speedy service. It was ready the very next day. Dallas and his family are friendly and down to earth. WOW!!!!Recently had some Very important And sentimental family jewelry which needed resizing and some TLC. They did such an amazing job I only wish I had taken before pictures. They even restored the original brush look which had worn down from years of wear. I will definitely go back and even recommend them to others—like I am right now. I went here highly recommended from another person to go to and sell my 10k Gold Chain weighing 23.7 Grams . I did not expect to be insulted by the max offer given. I was told by the female store rep that the chain was worth $180 because it is hollow. I am glad I walked out and looked elsewhere because I was given the true wholesale value of the chain of $410 a big difference. I am all for a business trying to maximize a profit but damn for real.
