Bry was absolutely awesome and such a gem. She helped me and my mom with all the help that we needed and any silly questions we had :) She has such an awesome personality. She’s the one to go to if you need anything from Pandora.

Very odd franchise. Won’t allow exchanges from other Pandora locations. Did online order and had to pick up half of the order at the Cedar Hill location. Wanted to exchange a charm that they had at in stock at Mesquite location but would not allow exchange. Not sure of the Pandora corporate policies but this doesn’t seem right.

Loved the rings!3 stars because I was Bummed they DO NOT ACCEPT AFTERPAY here because its a Franchise. I still got the rings on my middle finger as gifts.

My wife and I went in to look for more charms today 6/19. We were greeted by Shireen, she was full of energy and passion for what she does. She went above and beyond to help my wife find what she was wanting. Never pushed my wife into any sales. Showed what my wife was looking for and helped with suggestions to make sure my wife’s bracelet looked perfect. We left extremely happy and will be back to see Shireen.

Manager is a rude and mean person (b*tc%). She don’t help you at all and don’t let the others ladies to help you as they supposed to do it.Get a refund was a nightmare / complicated.

The process of buying a charm was very long! The sales person couldnt find 3 of the charms I was looking for, she was looking through the catalog but was having a hard time. She seemed very uncertain about the products. I went to the on line page and found another charm. There were only three people in the store but it seemed very congested.

Just left with my first purchase from this location. I only purchased because it was a much needed Christmas present, otherwise, I would NOT have purchased at all. The lady with the accent is extremely rude and inpatient. I came in and wanted to compare two charms. I asked how much it was as there were no prices. “$35 Do you want it?” Was the reply. I felt very rushed and she was extremely short. Definitely will not go back.

The customer service leaves much to be desired. Purchased cleaner &charm and getting help is like pulling teeth here. The cleaner has to be ordered but I had to tell the sales lady that I wanted both items rung up at the same time. She didnt want to help me initially the other customer had to tell the sales lady you can help her,she never asked if she could help I just had to ask her a question to get help. Then she wouldnt give me a box for the charm,so I asked and she gave me a bag! After my cleaner I wont ever return here!

Came in for a cleaning on my charm bracelet. The girl who I dropped it off with was very kind. The problem was coming to pick it up. This lady with blond high lights and accent was very rude. She asked me with attitude and her arms crossed who helped me, and what the my bracelet looked like. She had an attitude, luckily the young woman who took my charm bracelet came in to rescue me.

They lost a sale from me solely because of customer service. I like to be able to browse without someone following me around or asking me questions and one of the associates just would not leave me alone after I said I was only browsing. Their items are encased so there’s no chance of theft, but I felt rushed and as if she only wanted to make a sale or get me out. She did show me some available items (very little in stock). I ended up leaving and going to James Avery around the corner and had a wonderful experience there. This was my first time and I’ll likely not return to this location.

I bought me some items in Miami fl had my recipe and nothing rong with my item just because they are franchise I couldn’t get a Exchange or a refund I have my email on file and I also had my receipt. Never ever buying from pandora very upsetting.

The most wonderful experience, my boyfriend and i came by yesterday for valentines. The guy who was there saw us walked in and immediately asked if we needed help. We told him we were looking for the teardrop ring and he went on and helped us. I usually dont do reviews but i am giving an all 5 star because the guy who helped us out trust us with the ring and he didnt try to take it away after a couple minutes ( i have been there a couple times and the ladies are holding there hand to get the ring back ) After i decide i was going to purchase it he let me wear it and said its yours now. He never made us feel like we were going to steal it. At the end he hand me my box and bag and was always so polite.

Worst customer service ever from Pandora Town East Mall will just buy online and avoid having to deal with rude sales rep.

Went in last week about my warranty on my braclet I walk in the sales associate informs me that I would have to take it to galleria or stonebriar because I purchased it there . Okay, we leave and head to galleria and the friendly associates there helped us ! And informed us we did not have to come to a different Pandora and mesquite could have done it but just didn’t want to deal with us . Galleria made it easy for us and just typed our phone number in and found our past purchase . I am just annoyed because I work in retail myself and wouldn’t send someone away because they had a exchange and not a purchase. I wouldn’t waste your time at this store!

Best experience by far of any of the Pandora Concept stores ( stand alone ) or Pandora sold through a retailer. Been collecting for six years and Pandora is built on world wide customer service. This store is a perfect example of how to make you want to be life long customers.I dont like Town East Mall per say, its older and not as pleasing to the eye as some of the by name malls. I watched them build it in the 70s. But if you go during the daytime Monday through Thursday it can be a lovely experience. I love Northpark, but the staffing of Pandora concept store and SWAG ( owned by the same person) is a luck luster experience. Might as well just order online at that point. But Pandora is about playing around with the charms and colors. Like LEGOS FOR ADULTS.. But if your going to buy something to wear dont you want to try on?? Pandora Town East staff called the region manager looking for a item that I cant find. I have shopped online, different stores in different states and this was such a throw back to years gone by when shopping was about the experience and not the numbers. Count me in lifelong.

Staff is nice when they realize you are actually gonna buy. The place is nice, and clean.

First time I bought this jewelry, I went for the tiara ring, they didnt have it in stock so I had to wait two weeks, they deliver it to me, it drops a stone in the first week I wear it, I go to the store and they take it away from me to order another one, now I have to wait two weeks again, lousy service, at least they should have let me use the ring already delivered in what the new arrived and obviously have more in inventory.
