The greatest sandwich every .. so good so glad my son told me to go try it out .. no more subway for me and yes don’t forget the sauce .. Thanks to the cook, he stated that is what make the sandwich and he was correct .. 😋so so good .. great customer service . I will definitely be a customer

With pre-order services I was in & out with no wait. The staff was extremely friendly and organized. Even the walk in pick up orders were moving fast and accordingly with all the new social distancing regulations.

I just ordered a ham sandwich from the Mesquite Store. I noticed when I entered that masks were required. I had my mask on but took it off while I sipped on my drink while I waited for my sandwich. I work in a local store and we, as employees are required to wear a mask at work. No exceptions and we are not a food service business. I noticed that a female employee in the preparation area and handling the food did not have a mask on nor appeared to even have one. I made a statement to one of the young employees that it was strange that there was a sign on their door requiring masks. The lady looked at me like it made her mad that I said anything. It is still a requirement in Dallas County that employees are required to wear a mask.I won’t be going back to Honey Baked Ham anywhere. They must not care about the Pandemic. Good luck if you go and haven’t had a vaccine.

GREAT customer service! (I am very late writing this review) I purchased a ham for Thanksgiving 2020 from your Town East/Mesquite location. There might have been the potential for some agitation among the crowd when they ran out of hams but the two young professional ladies (Takylia and Courtney) were outstanding in the manner in which they handled the situation and kept all the customers satisfied and leaving happy and feeling cared for. A truly remarkable front line representation of your company. They deserve some praise and a raise! Thank you!

Picked up ham, turkey, broccoli and macaroni and cheese for dinners. Bought bbq sauce. I have food allergies and I can eat their foods without reactions. Employees are nice and talkative. A pleasant experience. 👍

Super yummy, easy to order, easy pickup, easy directions. BEST Christmas dinner!! I didn’t have to spend hours in the kitchen and cleanup was super easy with the disposable side pans.I will forever get this for Christmas! What is the point of prepaying and specifying a time?! When I arrived there was a hug line and the regular line was moving faster than the prepaid line. How hard is it?? Have the preorders bagged and ready to go and when we show up with the code, hand us the bag and let us be on our way. I’ve been here for 25 minutes and still haven’t been helped and I was in the prepaid line. I won’t be ordering again if this is the kind of ridiculousness that happens and no organization. You just don’t care cause you already have my money?!

I ordered the Honey baked ham and turkey feast on sale for 119.99$ ( 134.57$) and it says serves 12-16. I ordered the 8-9 lb ham, 3 lb Turkey, 4 side dishes. At the store they gave me 4 small side dish boxes that serves a max of 4. When I questioned them how come I’m getting this small box instead of 12-16 serving as advertised in the website they said I might have misunderstood. I literally got cheated!!!It’s clearly States on their website that the feast serves 12-16. Never had a disappointment with Boston market. Just wanted to try differently this year and that got spoiled.

I ordered on UberEats. The driver was amazing! The store on the other end was rude. I added my everything my cart and it should have been 2 of everything. I only received 2 sandwiches. When I called the store they said I only ordered 2 sandwiches, 1 coke, 1 cookie, and 1 bag of chips. The lady that answered was rude and even raised her voice. I love this place but because of her I will not be returning.

Delicious ham and turkey but they don’t actually have curbside pickup.... Even though there are signs that say “Curbside Pickup Parking”, they make you go inside. It’s really inconvenient when you think they’ll be bringing your order out and you have small kids with you.

Waited 1hr to be told, only taking online orders only🤦🏾‍♂️...I understand if everyone had been aware but it was about 7 ppl Bigg mad along with me. 6 years of HBH was finally ruined because of high demands of this amazing tasting Ham and turkey. This was my first time ordering online From Honey Baked Ham Company for pick up in-store. I originally had a coupon I wanted to use for $5 off but notice it was only for the “half” ham. So I didn’t even bother trying to use it since I only ordered a quarter ham. I did however received a 10% off your first order coupon code that I did want to use so when I showed the cashier he asked his store manager which was a tall older man and very rudely he said that it was only for the website and that he couldn’t take anything off. Okay, as if I worked there and I’m suppose to know that?!?? He didn’t have to be rude about it! The manager also seemed very stressed out but that is still no reason to take anything out on your customers! I’m sorry but first impression is EVERYTHING!! And for him being the store manager he should know more about customer service than his own employees! The cashier btw was as sweet as can be and tried to help me the best he could. Since this Ham is for Easter Sunday I won’t even know till tomorrow if it’s was even worth the trouble or not but if we end up liking it I can assure you I WON’T be picking up from the Town East Blvd location ever again.

They make a great sandwich!!! The prices are a bit high and there are times that they dont always have all the ingredients to make a particular sandwich. Staff is awesome!

I havent been to any other Honey Baked Ham locations but I will say this...I think Mesquite has the best one. This was my first visit and they exceeded my expectations. I cant speak for anyone else, but I think they are Chic Fil A status. Friendly, knowledgeable and prompt! The food alone is delicious and worth the price but when you add quality customer service, you cant beat such an experience. I will DEFINITELY return to this location and hopefully going forward they continue to meet customers needs. Its is accessible near IH 30 and 635 and the surrounding properties are clean and easily identifiable (Sprint, Ghengis Grill, Jasons Deli). 👍🏽👍🏽

HoneyBaked Ham is got one of the cleanest preparation rooms Ive ever seen it was right up there with a surgical operating room theyre very particular on how their product is held processed and deliver to the customers its also got a great taste and you just cant beat the quality try HoneyBaked theyre wonderful
