I love this store! Me and my mother come here every once in a while to browse or whenever I need something for spiritual means. They have a large selection of things to choose from and always seem to have new things. One of the employees that me and my mother talk to every time we come in is named Alex, she introduced me and my mother to the store the first time we visited and we always say hi to each other. The energy of the place is good as well and its over all a great store!

I had the pleasure of visiting this magnificent store. I have never seen anything like it before. I am so pleased with the customer service that I received and hopefully I will be returning soon to explore some more. I visited the store because of an issue that I am having and as soon as I walked thru the door the first thing that caught my eye was a quote on the wall. This is one of the best occult shops I have ever seen. I have been shopping here for 4 years and I do the majority of my shopping online. The store is beautiful, clean, spacious and organized. I order online and my things are always mailed to me on time and even sooner than expected! I had a question about a kit and the woman who answered was friendly and very helpful. I’m searching for Holistic store. The review sound great until I saw 2 review from Yahuda and Saralien.Omg I read the owners reply and I was stunned on the rudeness and unprofessionalism. As an employee or owner I would be very cautious on how to respond to the public. If the owner authorized an employee to reply to these post I would definitely take away the access. When people post a review that means they either had a good or bad experience I will not post anything about a business unless it really happened no one would really take the time to just post a business if they didn’t really have the experience reviews are very important to me and take them serious so as I read on how they responded to the customers made me think twice doing business with them.

When I first visited the store it was a truly a refreshing environment. I felt so at ease and the placed smelled amazing. Her staff was very very helpful and she was there as well and it was amazing to actually talk with her. I went home enjoyed my products I purchase that I then turn around and place a order online. My in-store service and also online experience really showed great customer service. FYI when I placed my order online it was shipped very quickly with no complaints. I have been using MLD body products for about a month and have seen visible improvements in my skin, so I know the quality of her products. I just recently had the pleasure of trying her shampoo, conditioner and curl definition cream and OMG I am in love. I am biracial and have thin curly hair and these products where just want my hair needed. My scalp and hair feels clean without being stripped. The conditioner is light but so full of moisture, I was able to easily comb through my hair after washing it which rarely ever happens. The curl definition cream is moisture gold to my thirsty curls. It is light and smooth and smells wonderful. It gives my curls definition and moisture without weighing them down or feeling sticky. This is definitely going to be a permanent part of my hair care regime. Thank you So very much for the excellent experience I have had with every last one of your products! I started using it a couple weeks ago, and am now one of the top 4 performing sales reps in my district. The energy as soon as I walked in was calm and peaceful. The owner was so helpful and knowledgeable in everything from skin care, reiki aura cleansing. Truly everything you need for healing of the mind, body and soul. I was so impressed everything was naturally made.She even had natural herbs that you arent able to find any where else. I love the atmosphere in here, immediately as you walk into the store regardless of what’s happened earlier in the day you automatically feel a sense of peace and relief. I love how everything in the store is neatly and meticulously organized right next to each other. Duchess is very knowledgeable about all of her products and you can definitely tell the level of love and energy she puts into everything. Love coming here.

MLD is a very warm, lovely, and exciting woman. I love her products from her soaps to her oils. MLD’s hemp soap cured a dry spot on my arm that I had for ages that I used various products to try to get rid of it. Her oils smells lovely and it’s very good on the skin. You should try this place! Update: I have been using the hemp based healing manifestation soap there for about 5 months now. I have intermittently used other washes they do not compare!1. It helps keep my skin clear I am prone to rashes.2. The clean lasts. Im fresh from shower to shower other soaps do not last the same.Beautiful place. The owner & staff are friendly, knowledgeable, just the best. The environment is welcoming and soothing. The products all smell so amazing. The lotion and soap I purchased are clearing my skin so moisturizing. When I was on my way home I almost turned right back around to get more!

Today was my first visit to MLD holistic healing, and upon entering I loved the atmosphere of the store and the selection. I brought my sun who just turned 2 and he can be a busy body. When he is restricted from doing as he pleases he will scream or yell. Well today was one of those days in the store. I didn’t know that Dutchess was in the middle of reading. And my sun had an outburst, and from behind the door Dutchess shouted “Who baby is that”. Which I overstand the yelling was interrupting. But In my “opinion” which we all handle things differently. But I on the other hand would have placed my call on hold and asked my potential buying customer, who I want to come back whether I have a million other customers or not, And politely informed the customer I was in the middle of a reading and if they wouldn’t mind coming back at another time or stepping out momentarily.Signed: A different approach would of been greatly appreciated. Peace and 💗... yes u are correct he did grab a candle.. And I retrieved the candle and put it back immediately after .. and he would take off running which I would catch him to stop him .. your sales associate eyes bulged After you yelled or loudly said “Who baby is that” and proceeded to apologize and informed me that you were in the middle of a meeting .. and a thank u to the sales lady for distracting him while I was processing my payment. As the parent I expressed to my sun to calm down and not yell. And sent him outside once the opportunity was available when my accompanying daughter was finished shopping. Wanted to add some more truth I’m not trying to leave out the exact details or truth. I’m not upset or have any ill feelings. Went to visit Magickal Lady Duchess Holistic Healing store. Upon walking in you can feel the energy and the beautiful aromas in the air. MLD greeted me while walking in. Her store is beautiful and set up is amazing. There was so much products to choose from that had been custom made from her. I love the fact she puts her energy in all her products. I purchased some lilac herbs, Chakra spray, and gifted a cleansing soap. I have used the products for the past two weeks. Upon using the cleansing soap the aromas are magical. I felt the energy and my senses heightened. I felt blockages opening up. My skin is sensitive using certain product, for the past two weeks I have not had any problems using any of the MLD products. I will definitely be back and given her my business. She is the truth. She is extremely humble, personable, and down to earth. I get I’ve known her for ever and I’m grateful for her. Thank you MLD!

Duchess is a woman of wisdom. Its great that she has a store in DFW so I can stock up on each of her oils that I use daily. The prosperityand hoodoo fast luck oil REALLY work. My friend loves the depression mist because it smells wonderful and is natural. The van van oil she creates is the best on the market, in my opinion.
