I hired this vendor for my wedding in October of this year. The owner promised to do everything possible to make my wedding decorations just as I wanted them. However, she did not her job well. The flowers on the decorations were not the ones I chose. The photo backdrop was so ugly. It was nothing compared to what we had agreed for her to put up. Also, I was put up while my guest were already sitting. I’m addition, she offered to do my wedding day coordinator which she did good before the event. However, that day, she arrived after 1pm with cold lunch for my wedding party. She was supposed to arrive around 10:30am. She did not deliver my mother of the bride and mother of the groom corsages, and my three flower girls crowns. The greenery that she put up was dry by the time my husband and I had our grand entrance. When I asked the owner for a refund, she agree to refund me what was not delivered but refused to do a partial refund on the things she didn’t do correctly. However, when I asked to meet with her- she declined my request. I had to show up at her office, but even then she refused to discuss the refund. I am very disappointed with the service I received from this vendor and I do not recommend it to anyone. For day of wedding coordination, it was the worst. She promised to make sure everything run smoothly, but she did not. She did not check in with me even once that day. She avoided me the whole time. I had to assign my sisters to do what she was paid to do such as making sure the waiters and other vendors were doing her job, that our families had tables, etc. She refused to do partial refund on the amount paid for coordination too. She claimed to had already given me discounts, which I would of never had accepted if I knew she would do such poor service. When asked for an explanation of this, she basically blamed one of her employees. If you want your big day to be special and less stressful- DO NOT hire this vendor. She would make promises, but would not the opposite that day. My experience with this vendor was horrible!!!
