Busy mall in Mesquite. Wide variety of patrons walking the halls so you will feel welcome. Decent mid range stores and food court on 3rd level has several offerings. Some locals say the mall is ghetto but I found the mall pleasant just like any other mall I have been to.
Cant find anything worth while out their in women clothes. maybe they are having trouble receiving their shipment do to covid.
The women should consider putting more clothes on...

I like that there is a mall in mesquite. I wish they had a central AC. It’s hot as hell in the food court. The owners of the mall should step up and spend some money on small improvements to make the mall nice and central AC. It’s real ghetto when you go to a store and you see portable ac units in some stores. Please make some improvements. I’d like a nice mall to shop at. Or I’ll just travel further to the nicer malls. I rather spend my money local though.
Classic OG mall one of the few to survive and still have operating businesses. Spent countless hours here as a kid. Still go here when in need of trendy quick fashion.
Not a good mall. Stores are old and outdated. Mall in general is dangerous.
I always enjoy stopping by when we come to Dallas. It was a little crowded but its to be expected on weekends. Restrooms were very clean.
Theres a awesome fragrance shop on the second floor. The manager is from Russia and she is beautiful. Dont try to guess her age. She gave me a military discount.🇺🇸
If only I would have visited Dillards first and met Wanda, I would have given the mall 5 stars. This was the third store in the mall that I went searching for a dress. Wanda was the game changer! Apparently, no other sales person could relate to my request to help me find a church dress. Thanks to our cultural connectedness, she found one that worked beautifully for me. She was tactfully truthful with how they fit on me and could coordinate an outfit in a flash! She is a keeper and an asset to your company. Next time I shop at Towneast, Im skipping the other stores and heading straight to Wanda.
It’s a shame how people are able to just park in the handicapped parking with no plates or placards and having one doesn’t matter! Just have to leave the mall because there’s no where to park, except for places that are far away from the main entrances which defeats the purpose! People just park and get out there vehicles like it’s nothing and there’s no enforcement here at this mall or much of anywhere! One reason I don’t frequent malls or larger places. Why have the spots if they are available and not being monitored?
A good mall with an easy to understand map layout. Get in and get out when I dont find something else that catches my eye
Was very comfortable pretty much every store was masks on. Very tidy they kept the mall looking shiny

Town East Mall, I got there early for a eye appointment at Master Eye Associates exam was only 39 dollars. Vision Works is where I got 2 pair of glasses at a great price with social distancing. Both places were very helpful.

A crowded and small mall but its alive. Most of the time is filled with people and doesnt feel like youre walking around in an abandoned facility. Food choices arent abundant or diverse but will satisfy your need to eat. There isnt many big brand stores left at Town East, but maybe the small owned stores will give you enough to look at. Plenty of snack kiosk. Small fun mall to get the job done, but wont spend much time here as it gets boring.
Ehh parking lot is horrible needs attention and repaint lines one ways are tough to understand cant see the paint no signs posted
Great selection of stores! It does have 3 floors which I was a bit worried about, but thankfully they have escalators and a wheelchair/stroller friendly elevator.

This mall used to be so nice. Now that Sears has closed, it leaves one part of the mall with no anchor. There are still shops open though.
It was the first time Ive ever been in a huge Mall such as this and I got to say that you have a lot of varieties to choose from from different clothing stores, to video games and accessories, to just plain old collectibles from pop cultures stretching out from the 60s to present day. I look forward to coming back and visiting every shop again or at least browsing around.
Always a good experience but today i found it hard to find what I was looking for. 5 shoe stores didnt have the 4 shoes/slides i wanted. But...footaction manager was the ONLY person who offered to find them for me. So i gave HIM my business. Fantastic guy. Great personality. Very professional!
If you go to my spa place or the relax station next to it, show him that you looked at the time. They tell you 20 min and they steal from you cutting 7 minutes, they charge expensive and pretend they dont understand, even with Google translate they still dont understand
Use to be a decent family oriented environment. Now just a bunch of young adults and unaccompanied minors walking around. Very uncomfortable environment.
No AC in the mall. Too warm. Feels like a third world flea market. Vendors trying to chase you down to hard sell you on their stuff.
No one had on a mask and I didnt feel comfortable of going in so I left
The best Mall in Mesquite area. All branded and departmental stores are located here. Pretty busy mall with lot of Customers. Neat and clean place. A lot of carts and kiosks selling small products and services. A big food court to cater Customers eating needs. Clean bath rooms. Handicap accessible parking lots with free parking. Many more to see and enjoy besides shopping. Loved this place.
Amazing food court and a local mall In the area. I can go to all the stores are tidy and clean, about social distancing I dont know about that but everything else is 10/10. The workers help out to find something if you need help too a great mall for sure!
Loved the different stores especially the ones that arent found normally at every mall. A lot of places to eat in the food court and outside of the food court. This mall is on my one of my favorite list 👏
Love this mall not too big and not too small
There are only a few stores I care to go to here anymore. Most of the clothes are not intended for covering much. If you dont want shoes or t-shirts youre almost out of luck.
Its not one of the best malls in Dallas and since covid there have been a noticeable amount of stores that have closed. Not to mention their A/C problems. At least its still cooler inside than outside. Though one thing I like about this mall is it wont break your bank unless youre really really trying to. Unlike others malls this one rarely ever makes me question why some things are overpriced.

It just keeps going downhill everytime I come back to this mall since I left Mesquite. Lowering from 2 Star to 1 Star.

I went to Vision Works and the mall was ok but it didnt have that feeling of being excited to shop. Vision Works was wonderful I was not in there long my questions were answered and the staff is great.

Town East Mall has changed quite a lot since when I was a regular customer in the 1970s and 1980s! I even worked there in the late 1970s! Coming back feels weird ! All is more shiny, sophisticated, it seems. Some beloved stores dont exist anymore! Luckily SearsRoebuck is still there! At least one familiar highlight. What I disliked were the many tiny booths in the hallways. Makes you feel crowded when you are window shopping. Still: nice place. 2 photos from 1970s included!

I like going to the mall and seeing everything that they have and just walking through there I take my grandchildren and we hang out its very nice

Great mall! Lots of shops! Bit of drive 🚗; but, well worth it. Right off the 🛣 easy to find. Go early on the weekends; it gets hard to find spaces, close, to park. Many handicap spaces close to the building. Good food court.

Face masks recommended is posted on the doors which means there are tons of people WITHOUT MASKS inside in the middle of a pandemic. Id rather shop somewhere safe.
Me and my daughter come here just to get away sometimes. The food is ok and the shops are great. A great window shopping experience.

Nice to see there are still a few malls available. We got in & out in a decent amount of time.
I like the small its convenient and close to my house if you want to beat the crowd to get there early
On the decline. Sears and few other stores are shut down. More window shoppers than actual customers. Some shops attract more customers while some get no foot traffic. Tap was running constantly in the mens restroom and hadnt been fixed.
A great mall. It has over 100 stores and a awesome food court. Its a great way to spend the day.
Its getting to be the hottest part of the year in North Texas, and there was no air conditioning on in this place.
It was a good experience I got to go by myself and was there just wandering around I went to get a new charm for my Pandora bracelet they were very helpful in there I had a T-shirt and some new mask made the young man was extremely helpful with me and made me a good deal for what I did buy I wasnt too impressed with the food court cuz you didnt have a good variety of food places there but they were the ones that were there were good I ate at Chick-fil-A it was good so I think an overall experience was very well had today
I used to love going to the mall but since a lot of shops closed down, I have little reason to come back. Also the HotTopic store line is always too long.
One of my favorite malls..I can go in and always find what Im looking for the family..The service is exceptional..

I just moved here from Alabama, and this mall was a breath of fresh air. Amazing variety and I felt very safe.
The bathrooms are horrible. A/C is in a bad way. Other then that, place seems fine.

The AC was out in the mall.. its 100 degrees outside, so um, it was very hot inside the mall... and the food court was nasty! With COVID spreading, tables need to be cleaned regularly and floors cleaned.

Was there to go to Macys. Was only store I visited . Only because of time restraints .Will be going back soon for more shopping in the mall .
It was nice and pleasant, went to get some jewelry fixed and the employees was very nice.
The trash in the ENTIRE mall was over flowing and very unsanitary. The stores had great customer service, but the stinch of the trash from the 3rd floor food court was overwhelming

A pleasant outing. We shopped in Dillards then we went to BJs to eat. Dillards was having a great sale, so l over spent what l had intended to spend! BJs had about a 5 minute wait but the time passed fast. The food was excellent and do were our servers. Our server was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to please us. Kudos!
We really only came to look for a store called Everythings 5.00 but we couldnt find it. We did find a 1.00 store, Miss A & they had EVERYTHING! It will definitely be amongst our stops in the future.
..jc penny refused to take 2 links out of a watch i bought,citing the virus,when almost no one was even wearing a mask....the mall flooded a few weeks ago, and as such,there was no air conditioning...to be fair,i prolly caught the place on a spell of bad luck....which didnt make it enjoyable, in any event...
Macys, JC Penneys, my spot in here, they even have a plus size store. It was so nice in here and clean and safety wise.

Me and my sister just ate here in the orange chicken was so hard and my sister had a Fly 🪰 in her drink she didn’t no In till she open the cup in had done drink half the drink omg and than it was a roach by the ice we want be coming back at all they need to clean up better in spray
