Good store, friendly staff. Theyve got most things you might need in a pinch and plenty of things you didnt know you needed. Its a big well lit store that has all the conveniences you could ever want. AAA+Oh, and they have the least expensive fuel in the area, gas and diesel.Services for tractor trailers out back. And they have a car wash.

Ridiculous. Called at 10am to make sure they were really 24 hours. Lady said yes, absolutely. Great! I pulled in at 12:15am, Saturday Feb 13, 2021, the place is locked up and fuel pumps are off. Do not come here!!!!!!

Here at 11:00.. says store is open 24hrs and every night I come the store is closed up! So annoying.

You just never know if this gas station is open. It’s supposed to be 24 hours, it’s a truckstop and it’s supposed to be open. Online, it says it’s open. The owners of this gas station along with the owners of the subway station just cannot operate this establishment. It was like this even before Covid. They just need to sell this place and give it to somebody who is capable of operating an establishment which people can count on.

The new car wash works great! I love how you can choose soft touch or touch free on one of the lower washes. We bought the highest wash and it worked AMAZING! Best car wash in Methuen hands down.

Why is the circle k always a mess when you walk in ..rotating managers who are not really capable of doing their jobs properly and most of the time all you see is the front workers playing around..what circle k is lacking is a very good manager who will see and run that place professionally...Ive been several times there and speak to many and they say the same thing ..should be clean..should be professional and should supply. ..rotating managers does show that there truly is a problem with circle k..u should look into your store ..Cumberland is so professional so clean mature workers who know how to work .....dont understand how a place can be so not well run..lacking someone who truly can make that store ..run .....

They need to know how to treat the customer. This was (one year ago). But now on 10/04/20, I play the lottery, I pay $$ more than I have to pay, I walk back like in 2min to dispute the charge ! No problem they refund the $ over paid . Money is money if was a Milk, or juice and you over pay ! You have the right as a costumer to dispute the charge, no because is a lottery you don’t have the right to dispute even you walk away and have to go back again to clarify the charge. Next time Fix or turn on the monitor screen from the lottery machine SO! The costumer can see the amount they have to pay. (The monitor was off)

Place says they’re 24 hour shop, but the employee locks the front door after midnight to go do whatever he wants...

Im am so appalled and discusted with who is managing this place. I walked in and saw they removed the tables that is purposely for customers who either play their Keno or who will buy something to eat or even the truckers who come in to sit and chill before another long drive. Ive heard that the managers either a Laura or a Julie had requested to remove them due to the employees sitting. Well I will say one thing if its the case whomever is managing this store should be able to properly manage it and get the message across for it seems like they arent doing their job properly . I would like to know what do you suggest for the customers now ..to stand while playing Keno against the doors or the place being a truck stop and needing to take a quick bite etc . I truly dont understand how or whom is running this and who exactly or what kind of managers they hire here. This store is a total mess!!! Someone really should hire a manager who doesnt just pop in and out with quick decisions without realizing the customers. They should truly look into who they are hiring as managers or even regional managers and maybe get someone who really knows how to manage and clean up this place once and for all!! Its ridiculous seriously. Put at least some stools or a counter for customers like other circle k or Cumberland!! The decision of moving the tables is not the answer for making it better there ..maybe a meeting on your choices of management and tasks would be more efficient.I do hope this gets brought to not only the little managers who cant manage the store or the regional one but truly the owner of circle Ks to see really whats goin on and how their employ the wrong staff especially in managing properly satisfying customer service!!!! Someone who truly knows how and what customer service is most of all has experience and great judgment...so far whomever is running or giving the orders is making it worse than it was ......bring the tables back for the customers ..or something they can lean on or just remove the Keno too while youre there!! REALLY ..Pathetic

Insane how rude store clerks are here. the store lacks real management. i myself and my employees have been filling up at this truck stop for over 8 years. ive seen this store in top shape but now with a new manager every other month the store has fallen apart. it is insane to me that i walk in and there are 4 to 5 people working and the coffee is old and so low its almost burnt if not filled with coffe grinds the creams are empty the bathrooms are dirty. i gave three stars simply for the fact that if you go into this store on the weekends at night there are two clerks that some how make the store clean smell good bathrooms are always A+ no grounds in the coffee always fresh they have an awesome attitude. why is that two of your store clerks can make the store great but 5 people daily fail during the week. what this store needs it to have the the two clerks sean and michele who work the weekends train the management and other store clerks. baffling how only the weekends i can bare going into this store if it was not for these two clerks i would have rated no stars for this location.

Bugs, dirty toilets and I was there at 9:30am with 5 employees working & I guess nobody was on bathroom duty!

Not the cleanest place. But they got cheap fuel and coffee.
