Erin was so amazing! It was my first time ever working with her, I was having formal hair and make up done for an event. I showed her a Pinterest board for what I wanted and she achieved a hairstyle that was better than what I showed her! She was professional and very personable, easy to chat with and you can just tell she loves what she does. My makeup was done perfectly, it was natural but a with a little glam! I can’t wait to go back for any and all events from now on.

I can’t say enough about the experience I had at Spa Nijoli! This was my very first time there and not my last. My step daughter was getting married on a Sunday and there are very few places open. I wanted my hair to be styled and my make up to be done. Erin at first was supposed to style my hair and gave me a great consultation along with the make up artist. I got a call Saturday night, however, that she had had surgery and was not able to come in but that Ricky was coming in specifically to do my hair!!! He did a fabulous job and when it was time for me to do the make up, there were still a couple of tweaks that needed to be done. Ricky waited a solid hour for me to be finished with my make up and then took care of the final touches. I was VERY APPRECIATIVE! At the wedding, I think I took the best photographs I’ve ever taken in my life!!! I can’t tell you how many compliments I got on my hair and my make up and just my overall looks. Thank you Ricky and thank you to the wonderful make up artist whose name I regrettably can’t recall at the moment. I felt like 1 million bucks thanks to both of you!!

BEWARE! I went to do hair color with TESS, whom BURNED my scalp with extremely HOT water! I called her attention more than once that the water was HOT and she would just say sorry and put it cold but a few seconds after the water was HOT to the point that you could feel the Heat coming out of my hair. The first time I let pass because accidents happens but she kept putting the water HOT which it was clear it was intentional! If there was something wrong with the faucet why not use another station? No she just kept burning my scalp. I spent days with Scalp burning pain, I couldnt even sleep well with so much pain. Laying down on my bed was horrible! I got some over the counter medicine and applied to my scalp which alleviate the pain and aloe vera.. I am traumatize with the experience being my first time seeing TESS for my hair color and going still through some pain. You might want to think twice before putting your hair in TESS hands. I called and explained what happened to the owner, Nicole which was very nice and end up giving me a $100 gift card for future services but I dont think ill ever go to the Spa again after what happened to me. I canceled all my future and my mothers appointments. I would never go to this place ever again!

I get a massage here 1 a month. I love them! The massage therapist are processional and they are well trained. I cannot comment on the hair salon since I have never used there service before

Wow wow wow I am absolutely so happy I came here! I got a Brazilian wax in this location for the first time with Nancy, and she was amazing! She was so sweet and kind and made me feel extremely comfortable! She got me in and out so fast! Go to Nancy for a Brazilian wax!

Its been a while since I got a massage. I spent an hour working on the pain points I had with Makayla. I highly recommend her and the spa.

I dont go as often as I would love maybe 1x a year but service is the best and this is my only go to place.

Second and last time there. First time had a good experience but unfortunately the second time the lady doing my wax appeared to be in a rush and left lots of spots without waxing in upper leg and left me all bruised up. I already have sensitive skin and sensitive to bruising and this was one of my fear doing the leg wax. She didn’t show any delicacy and tried to do big spots at once as well which was very painful. If this happened with one person I don’t trust it won’t happen again. Nice looking place but not stepping into those doors again. If you are looking for a new place to wax don’t take your chances.

Tess is the only person I trust with my hair. Shes the best and makes sure to use the right products in your hair. Shes very careful about breakage and her speciality is platinum hair and mens cuts. The Spa is too notch when it comes to cleanliness on both floors and Ian and Adam are great at the front desk. Highly recommend and wouldnt go anywhere else

I have been going to Spa Nijoli for a couple years and will never think about going elsewhere. The staff takes sanitization seriously and goes above and beyond to insure that guests are safe and comfortable. I go for manicures, pedicures, massages and facials and each time is a very pleasant experience.

Ricky is incredible. My men’s cut is the best I’ve had in a long time. His knowledge in styling and cutting is unparalleled to local men’s stylist. You’ve earned yourself a regular!

I have been here multiple times with at least three different massage therapists and EVERYTIME I am incredibly satisfied.For reference, I am both a medical provider and professional athlete, running over 50 miles a week and lots of upper body exercises with workouts all lasting 2 hours or longer. I feel like a 100 bucks after each massage and they hit every spot perfectly.Ask for Vanessa, she was GREAT today!

This is the best place to get your hair done and much more. Everyone is so nice and the place is so clean. They all make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The manager is the best at making you feel welcome and keeps the place going very well.

Lovely experience. It was around 120, with tip, for a 60 minute massage. I have been seeing doctors about neck and back for months and while they have helped with nerve irritation, my massage resolved nearly all the muscular pain and tension.At first I thought the price was far too steep but it genuinely is a lovely experience and the relief is worth it. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and as this was my first massage I was slightly nervous but they made me feel right at home. It is clean and warm and the massage rooms smell lovely and have soft music playing.Word of warning though - if you experience severe knots and request those to be worked, prepare for pain. It was a very painful experience for me, even more so than physical therapy, but the relief was indescribable. The next day I felt sore and a bit ill but then following that I felt wonderful for weeks. I absolutely plan on going back every now and then!

I had a great signature massage by Cecily recently. The spa was friendly and timely and the rooms were serene and quiet. She did a fantastic job of helping me to really relax and then working on my tough spots which left me really sore but feeling so much better the next day. She even incorporated some cupping and biofreeze which would a nice added bonus! Would definitely recommend and will be going back.

I called last minute because I had some painful knots in my back. Thankfully someone cancelled and they were able to squeeze me in for a 60min massage. Best.massage.ever. I came out feeling incredible. I cant recommend it enough!

Got an email for 1/2 OFF the 75 minute signature massage for my birthday. It was amazing! Full Body massage at the intensity level of my choice, hot towels and a foot treatment. Rooms were clean and relaxing, I really liked that all the spa rooms were on the secluded second floor. I had Karena as my Massage Therapist. She was very friendly and professional, chatting a little bit, but also knew instinctively when to let me quietly relax. I will definitely be returning and asking for her again!

I have been to spa nijoli & salon twice now. Both times I have received the signature massage and left the spa feeling rejuvenated. The therapists check in with you during the massage and make sure that the pressure is right for you. They notice if you are tense and walk you through breathing exercises to ensure that you are getting the most out of your experience.I recently received a gel manicure and was pleasantly surprised at how gentle the technician was. The room was clean and bright and I loved my technician. I will be going back soon!

The salon itself is beautiful. And the staff have always been friendly, the times Ive been here. I came in on Tuesday afternoon for a nijoli manicure, and a $56 pedicure it was all great my only complaint is that for the price being payed for these services Id expect the polish to last longer than two days tops. Today is Thursday and my nails are completely chipped Ive refrained from doing dishes so there is really no logical explaination for this. 😢

I had a wonderful 90 minute massage a few days ago. I just had my first baby 4 months ago and didn’t realize how much I truly needed a good massage. The pressure was perfect, music was relaxing and the therapist only spoke to me at the start and end but let me relax throughout the entire massage. Wow!! Can I have one every morning please?

My spa pedicure was done by Michelle who paid attention to detail, resulting in a polished, neat look. All the staff was very professional and the atmosphere was relaxing as I listened to soft music. General manager doesnt know how to be an actually manager. Employees need to learn proper etiquette. What you do online reflects your business!!! Doesnt matter if your off the clock. Never will I return, nor my daughter, or mother, or 2 aunts. See just like that you lost business. Keep it up, youll lose plenty more. Plenty of other salons with proper GMs and employees who arent complete inconsiderate morons. I would have given you 0 stars, but had to put something.

I love this place, the staff are always very friendly. This is as important to me as the stylist since they are the first to greet you and are the ones who will make you feel welcomed and important. Ive found this very hard to find at other salons. I love my stylist Taylor, she is so accommodating and will make any changes I request, until I am satisfied. Ive also begun getting my eyebrows waxed by Lynn and I really like her, shes very thorough and has a warm personality. I highly recommend

I think their nail salon is overpriced and I havent gone back there since, but never hesitate to return for hair cut/styles and massages here. The front desk staff are extremely welcoming, polite and helpful. I always work with someone different for any service and have never had a bad experience with any of their staff, they always listen to my requests and make me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend a visit!

While I have utilized a number of services including massages, waxing, hair, facials, and nails, I can specifically say that a spa pedicure from Michelle, and waxing with Erin are the best services I have had anywhere! They are both truly experts at what they do. If you are looking for a relaxing day I highly recommend taking a look at their spa packages with spa lunches. They are worth every single penny, and they will make you feel refreshed and ready to take on the world :) I can not say enough good things about the staff I have encountered here, they are constantly working to make the experience the best it can be!

I’ve had several facials here with a few different people, and while everyone was professional and did a wonderful job, Lynn is hands down the absolute best! She always takes time to listen to my skincare concerns and finds out what my skin really needs. She’s friendly but also accommodating if you just want to lay there with some peace and quiet. Every time I leave after a visit with Lynn my skin is absolutely glowing! I can’t recommend Lynn and Spa Nijoli enough! 🙌

Great atmosphere and professional hair stylists. I have my hair done by Mandy and she does a fantastic job. She takes years off of me with a color that suits me and one that I love. She listens to what I am trying to do, but as a professional always advises me if it is a good idea and we usually compromise. I come out of it with a color and cut that exceeds my expectations.The location is convenient and if you need childcare they have day care available through the gym. Highly recommend, you wont be disappointed.

I contacted Spa Nijoli after a client recommended Erin to me for eyebrow waxing. The person I spoke with to schedule was extremely friendly and helpful, and I was psyched to get an appointment only a few days away! The salon is beautiful and I was greeted quickly and professionally (the woman I scheduled with actually remembered my call- so nice). I was a little earliy so I was guided to a relaxation room on the second floor, which made me remember I really need to relax more often ;). Every employee I passed greeted me with a smile and polite hello. Erin was just lovely- she was meticulous, hilarious, friendly, and just wonderful. My eyebrows have never looked better. I cant wait to see Erin again and try out more services at Spa Nijoli. I highly recommend them!

The reception couldnt be more professional and friendly. My stylist is a wonderful combination of experience, friendly personality, and flexibility. I travel a good distance to receive services from Spa Nijoli because it is worth it!

I had the 75 minute signature massage and it was one of the best. I was escorted to the massage room on the Spa floor which was quiet with low lighting. I was told what the steps of the massage before we got started which limited the talking during the massage and allowed me to relax and just sink into the whole experience. Who wants someone chatting the whole time? They use very warm, almost hot towels to loosen your muscles. Included is a 15 minute foot wrap and massage. I would recommend spa nijoli & salon and this massage to anyone. It is the ultimate pampering experience. I have re-booked and am looking forward to it.

Spa nijoli is simply the best around! I regularly see Jessica for facials, and my skin has never looked better. I have gotten several massages there as well, and everyone has been fantastic. So relaxing, and on par with some of the most high-end spas in the country. I have also gotten manicures and pedicures there, and have been very pleased. You will be extremely happy with any service you have at spa nijoli!!

And Emily in the nail salon is terrific, too. A bit more expensive than most salons around the valley, but the quality of service makes it worthwhile. Love the appointment reminder e-maisl, too.

Spa Ni Joli is my go to place for great service! Im a busy mom of 3 children and rarely get a chance to relax. So when I finally get a chance to get my hair done, I want a calm relaxing experience. Chrissy Gibbs has been my stylist for 8 years now and love having my done by her. A glass of wine, great conversation and walk out feeling like a million bucks!

I only come here for my bikini waxes. I started getting waxed last year for the summer season and met Nancy who is not only an amazing waxer, but a great person to talk to, as well. She is very friendly and is extremely quick and efficient. It can get a little pricy, but I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

I was gifted a prenatal massage at Spa Nijoli. The first floor of the spa is clean and airy, and it has enticed me to schedule hair and nails there later.For a massage, you take the elevator to the second floor of the spa which is dedicated exclusively to spa services. The details in the bathroom, hallway, room, are elegant and aesthetically pleasing.The massage, which I took at 8 1/2 months pregnant, was thorough and relaxing. I plan to come back for a couples massage with my husband.

I have had excellent experiences with all the spa services I have received at Spa Nijoli. I have my hair cut and foiled regularly by Lindsey and she consistently does a great job. Ive also had pedicures, manicures, waxing, massage, and spray tans. I have been pleased with each service. The salon is nicely decorated and the staff are friendly and warm. I also feel that the prices are reasonable, especially considering that it feels to me like a high end salon.

I see Mandy and she is the best hairdresser. She is open to anything I want to do and I always walk out looking amazing. She is a color expert! I recently went from really red to a chocolate brown and the transformation is amazing. Love this place. I go for nails, massages, facials, spa treatments, hair...all of it.

I had the Signature Massage (75 minutes) $88. Carina has golden hands. She really worked through my areas of stress. Carina listened to what I wanted, she understood and was able to target all my problem areas. Im going back next week as a follow-up to make sure the stress areas dont return. The spa itself is very nice, all the associates are eager to assist you in anyway they can. The massage rooms are quiet and peaceful. This is the only place I go for massages and I highly recommend Carina.

I love this spa! Im from the area but live in NYC now and make it a point to visit every time Im home. It makes for a great ladies day out! The signature facial and 90 minute massage are two of my favorites!

Got a chest and stomach waxing here once. The woman was very nice and gentle. Later that day I had white bubbly blister things on my chest and noticed some hairs still there. Spoke to a manager who was very nice and told me to come back for another waxing when ready on the house. Unfortunately by that time I forgot and figured it was too late. But very clean and relaxing upstairs.

Absolutely love getting Spa Gift Certificates as a present & Ive actually asked to get them as a gift for Mothers Day/Birthday, because I love this place so much. When youre there for just a massage or the works, your treated like a queen for the day. The decor is beautiful & you even take an elevator up to the second floor, so it feels like you are transported into a special place thats just for you. Im actually going again soon, cant wait & so looking forward to it. I always pass on my great experiences there to others & actually have a co-worker that loves it too.

I wanted to have a spray tan before I went on vacation. The girl at the counter educated me on the different levels of color. I decided to go with the highest and darkest level. The staff was nice and seemed knowledgable. THEY told me that it would take about 6 hours to see an effect. I waited at least 10 hours before I showered. I did notice a very slight color. I expected more color since I chose the highest level. I was not satisfied at all.

Ive had blow drys, facials and massages done here. Everyone is very nice and professional. I always leave happy and relaxed no matter what service i receive. I have never in past 5 years ever had a complaint.

Ive had many services including a massage, manicure and most recently a facial and have been very happy! The facial was the best I have ever had. Heather was amazing! I will be back for sure. When I went to work later that day one of my coworkers kept saying that I looked like I was glowing and thought that I had gotten a haircut. I have always had a great consultation with the hair stylist and left super happy about either my cut or color. Ive had an express manicure as well and its cheaper than getting a regular manicure, but just a good! This place is amazing!
