Friendly, fair, & punctual. Can’t ask for anything more. I called for an estimate & they sent someone over and gave me a quote. They set a date to install less than a week later and stuck to it. Took them a couple hours to install so I imagine it would’ve taken me all day. I’m a Happy customer and would recommend.

Had D&D come out on Monday and on Thursday, we had our new garage doors. They replaced the entire frame and springs. The installer did a great job and was very clean and thorough. The price was extremely attractive also. I would recommend D&D to anyone looking to replace their garage doors.

Always been reliable through the years. Punctual.Had a key pad installed, had to tell the helper it was crooked and he quickly remounted it.They should inform of their minimum call charge. Its more than Im used to and may influence decisions on minor jobs. Girl was polite and I always got a person.

Torsion spring on my garage door broke preventing me from opening door. Called at 8:30 am next morning and a technician was there in an hour to measure the part. Installed temporary fix so I could use the door while they went to their shop to obtain the new part. By 1:30 pm they were back with the part to complete the repair. I found the service excellent and the men extremely competent and the cost of the service very fair.

Called these guys for a garage door repair. They came out and quickly repaired my door for a reasonable price. They also noticed and fixed a safety issue that my previous garage door repair company had neglected. Will reach back out when I decide to get new doors and Id recommend these guys to anyone who asks.

We recently called to have our 1960s-70s track and garage doors. I contacted them through messenger on Facebook on the weekend and they got right back to me. We got an appointment right away and had everything ordered quickly. The deli very and install was right on schedule and easy to schedule. The person removing the mess of old track and doors and replacing our new ones was on time, pleasant, professional and even asked oppinion on hardware placement preference. So happy to have used them from start to finish it was a great experience!

One guy, 4 hrs and had 2 brand new doors installed flawlessly. Great attention to detail. Top notch work. Would recommend, and will use them again in the future. Thanks guys!

A few weeks ago my wife backed out of her garage a little too quickly. She damaged the lowest panel on the door. I called D&D and they came over pretty quickly. They unjammed the door, inspected the damage and ordered a new panel. Once the new panel arrived, they came out to install promptly and at a very reasonable price. These folks are real pros, answered all my questions and it was a great experience.

Do not waste your time calling anyone else! I had three companies come out to give me a quote. D&D was last but they had a better door with a higher R value for $600-$900 less than other people wanted...and they did not charge extra for the weather stripping, Keypad and second remote and all products were high end! Installer was great...took him 90 mins to put up everything. New Construction installation...so everything needed to be installed.

I had new garage doors put on my house after 40 years. This is the best company and I would recommend them before anyone else. Everyone was helpful, patient, professional from beginning to end. After 40 years they had to be perfect and they are!

They were very punctual arriving in the window that I was told on the phone. They then did a very quick and professional job replacing my springs. Finally the invoice was the exact amount quoted on the phone.Excellent company and I thoroughly recommend them.

11/5/2014At 6:15AM, distracted & in a hurry, I backed into my garage door. D&D was at my door @ 9AM to review the damage. Sean made some calls and parts were available. He retuned @ 10:00AM, with his helper, to install the new door. They were finished with the installation a little after 10:30AM. Sean & his helper were very professional. They cleaned up the mess and took the dead door with them. They even made me feel not so stupid. I would highly recommend D&D to anyone. They did a great job.THANK YOU!!!!Donna

They installed a liftlmaster jack shaft opener at my moms house. It is an older garage and not new construction. They barely mounted the opener to the torsion spring shaft. It fell off after a month or so. They came out, put it back on as poorly as they did the first time then said it was broken and just left? My mother was trying to save me from spending my time installing it. That didnt work out for either of us. Chain inside opener feel off so I had to fix that. Their poor mounting job came down to framing that was a little non standard, I had to use an oscillating tool to shave a stud down so the opener would actually slide on the shaft far enough to not fall off and be square to the spring shaft.So maybe if you have a brand new house they are great. Dont expect them to be able to figure out two nonplanar pieces of framing or actually be able to fix a brand new opener by opening the case. Was under warranty and still just left it. They told her that her garage moved in the month that it was installed, funny.You can see where they attempted to clamp the opener, it actually crushed the spring tube! You can see my mark where the screw should actually clamp on the tube about an inch inboard (after I fixed it). The other picture shows the wood I had to shave down to make it fit properly. The garage is over 100 years old to be fair, but dont take a job, or money, if you arent competent enough to do it.

I saw the add online and decided to call. They answered my questions and offered a quote to me over the phone after i sent them the pictures and sizes of my existing garage doors. I elected to purchase 2 new doors plus 2 new garage door openers + install. They offered several install dates based upon my requirements and arrived on time. The install was performed as expected and they cleaned up entirely upon completion. Very curteous and prompt. I will definately recommend to my friends and family. Hope this review helps you in your decisions.

I thought they did a good job until I found out a few months later my garage door falls down like a guillotine when the opener is not engaged. They put the springs not rated strong enough for the weight of the door. I do not think it was a mistake because the garage door spring are color coded.

Terrible customer service. The light went on our Garage door installed only a year ago. They told my husband they had to order a part. That was over 2 months ago and we,ve never heard back.My husband has left several messages with the secretary and they havent returned any calls.
