From the moment I stepped in I was well treated and respected in all levels and felt very welcomed. I appreciate learning all the knowledge about the beds and the customer service made it very easy and helpful information to make my decision before purchasing one. You guys told me I was going to love my bed and I’m here to say I still do!! I already recommended all my friends to get one soon to start sleeping like a baby again😂❤️

Angela was awesome! Everyone in the store was very friendly. They are very knowledgeable about the beds. We had went the first time to get some information and when we came back to order the bed, Angela remembered us. They are not pushy, we provided them with what we are looking for the bed to provide and they gave us information about each type and understood our needs. I am so looking forwarded to its arrival.

The salesperson was very attentive and very clear with information about the bed options. I felt heard. We did however have some issue once our bed arrived. We were told by the salesperson that the delivery company would take out our old bed but when they arrived, they told us they were not allowed to disassemble and remove the under part of our bed which meant we could not have our new bed installed. They would need to reschedule. This is very frustrating given we have already waited for three weeks for the new bed. If we knew that we had to disassemble the old bed, we would have done so. Please be sure to share all relevant information with your customers so they are better prepared.

Bunch of scammers. Please dont trust them. Save your self. Please stay away from Sleep number. Horrible customer service. Look for other online mattress companies who has much better return policy where they do not scam you and have very polite customer service staff.

Great customer service

We had visited a different location and were turned off by the salespersons slick style. Went to the Bridgewater store where we were helped by Travis, but he was on loan from the Woodbridge store. He was so helpful and easygoing that we drove the next day to Woodbridge where he would be working to purchase our new bed from him directly, so he could get credit for the sale. I highly recommend him. Plus, since the Woodbridge store is not in a mall, it is much larger and easier to shop in.

Good sales team but very pricy

Spent 12k on a bed, and delivery kept being pushed back and back with nothing more than an automated email. Horrible customer service. Dont care how great the bed is, customer service is king, and this place has no concept of that

Once we get the bed we make comments. Not now.

Nice showroom, Beds and mattresses are on the expensive side but rated very well.
