Great place happy with service . Dustin walked me around and sat me on a bunch of different triumphs explaining all the differences . I am a new returning rider and a week later I purchased a 2019 street scrambler . I thought it might be a little too powerful but I was assured that I would be fine ... the bike is perfect for me . Couldn’t have been happier . I have stopped at other dealers since then and sat on other bikes and am positive I made the right choice at the right place with the right sales person . I first stopped in on Nov 6th. I meant to check out the BMW part of the dealership but ended up pulling into the Triumph lot. I always liked the looks of the Street and Speed Triples so I checked them out. Randy and Tony were awesome!! They answered all of my questions and took the time to let me hop between bikes. I went in for a test ride that Saturday. Test road a Street Triple and LOVED IT!!!! I bought a 2014 Street Triple R later that day. The deal was great and so was the staff. This is my first motorcycle purchase and the experience exceeded my expectations. If I go the Triumph route in the future, Triumph Metuchen will definitely be my first stop. The customer service Randy provided made the decision to buy an easy one.

Large dealership that will allow you to throw a leg over any bike (thats not sold) you want. The service department seems competent as I never had any bad experiences with their work.

Great service from Chris, Randy, Tony, Dan, and Felcia. Bought two Triumph Daytona bikes there from Dan and from Randy. They both are great salesmen. Chris, Tony, and Felicia always help me with parts whether it is aftermarket or Triumph genuine parts. They make great recommendations for my track needs and street needs. Up at the service department, located at the Ducati/BMW building, the techs and service writers are great to deal with and work on the bikes in a very detail oriented manner.Definitely the best Triumph Dealer in New Jersey if not the tri-state area. Always come back here to buy my bikes as well as recommend this place to all my friends.

Good service but strongly suggest to ask for pricing before you simply drop off your bike, made this mistake once and wont happen again!
