Recently bought an SB310 in amazing conditions, they installed it very quickly I got the trailer in a matter of days. It took them one day to install, one whole day to run the unit to make sure it is working and a day to put all the covers.

Absolutely love the service i was provided, everyone is so nice & kind. They helped me through my whole process of buying a truck and theyre prices are amazing and super affordable. I will for sure recommend them to my truck driving friends.

Wish I was able to give less than 1 star..Stay away from this place. These guys salesmen, mechanics, and owner dont care about you once you give up your hard earned cash. They quoted me a price for a replacement engine for my reefer unit and needed payment right away to get the deal. Once they were paid they stuck a used engine in my reefer (took 1 week) and then the unit failed during a load which I notified them about and they argued that it was my fault the engine was smoking and the injection pump went out. I went over the salesmans head and the owner Max instructed them to replace the motor..while doing so, they damaged several sensors, stripped the alternator pulley nut (comes off clockwise but they used the impact gun and spun it counterclockwise stripping the nut and shaft) and had the nerve to want me to pay for all they damaged. Nevertheless, after 2 weeks out of service and no one returning my calls, I went to pick up the trailer and it wasnt even close to being finished. I brought it to a reefer repair dealer in Tampa to finish the repairs but was told that Max Thermo sales mechanics butchered the wire harness so bad that it needed replacement as well and had to replace the view screen because it was shorted out from the chopped up wire harness. After spending over 10K on repairing the unit, I got out of it because it was always something going on with it.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY..THE BBB SAID THAT THEY HAVE HAD NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM AND THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICE...

No customer service only worries about taking over money from people without quality they look like group of gang only Spanish speaking the state need to look up they employment type if no racial issue with this company I wish I did look up they reviews before I get services from them .

I trusted them to sent money for 7 units, only received 5 bad units. Promised to send me back but never. Dont trust them.
