I don’t understand why is closed if it’s not 9 pm. That’s so disrespectful

Update: BBB (Better Business Bureau) /has listed this area as unacceptable working establishment:Today is that day that I will start my own in depth investigations on how poorly these employees get treated. 1 cashier for 50 people, 2 floor employees stocking boxes of merchandise all over the floor. No coordination or sense of awareness to customer service . One employee asked me to speak up for them since I am ( loss prevention/ store protection specialist ) for another company. Pictures & videos will be sent to the better business bureau . Its that simple.

This dollar is good but the manager looks at me and others with a grumpy face. She does not say hello or nothing nice.

Great prices but long wait in line while two employees talked in the back of the store. I asked him to open the register at first they said they would and then they didnt do anything. It took two employees to replace a gas canister for balloons and no one in the whole entire store wanted balloons.

This very good but only one cashier this is a mistake

The employees are rude here they always close before 9pm and will refuse to let you in even though you advise them of the store hours and how you should be allowed to enter the store and closed the door in your face and lock it with still 10 minutes remaining before the store closes management should really investigate who they have running this store

This is the worst dollar tree I have ever been to. I purchased a bag of popcorn from a dollar tree close to this one n the cashier told me no its not from this store i have to call the manager. The manager came n said no,no,no its not from this store. Give me a break! It was a dollar bag of popcorn from the same company. My daughter and i where going to buy $50 in party decor but i decided to go to party city instead. I wont go there again. I rather go to the dollar store farther then to ever go back there. Cashier and manager where rude.

Third time i’ve gotten out of work and needed to stop by late just for the employees to tell me that the registers automatically close at 8. I’ll get there at 7:55 and they wont let me in because “the registers are closed”. the registers close manually not automatically so i don’t see the issue. i understand not wanting to serve someone that comes in at 8:01 but this is just plain laziness. im gonna actually file a complaint through the corporation right now.

This is a small Dollar Tree so it doesnt carry as much as the bigger stores but it is definitely the most organized one that I go to. I always have a pleasant experience when shopping here and sometimes I am pleasantly surprised to find my wish list items. The staff is also very friendly and pleasant.

Manager was rude an unprofessional, she didn’t know how to enter promotional code so she refused to honor it, and said that if I really need 10% off she can give it to me from her own wallet! we all love dollar tree stores butthis kind of behaviors needs to be condemned

Awesome stuff here. I always find party supplies and super neat knickknacks here. Also, they have a lot of floral supplies and arts and crafts items.

This particular dollar store is always well stocked. The lines at the cashier are usually not that long.

In and out with no hassles. Found what I needed. The store was better kept than the majority of the Dollar Stores and actually had enough cashiers!

The manager was a total jerk when there was a long line with only one cashier and people needed balloons. He gave me attitude when I asked him for help. Smirking his teeth and before that I had to wait for him to get off a personal phone call. He was only stocking and refused to do balloons. He is in the wrong job. Lack of providing excellence in customer service, positive attitude and lack of being personable. The sad part he was a latino representing latinos in a non impressive way. Fix your attitude. I will never come back and Im there at least 3 x week.

As a store it is regular not very stocked and there are not all products, long lines and a single employee, but it is miami area there are no dollar stores here the square is dirty and garbage pots do not change

There are many good things but they take a long time to collect, they only have one cashier and the others are hanging around and with all these things what one wants is to get out of and not be in line for long with so many people. I had to wait 26 minutes in A row because the only cashier had to inflate a ladys balloons. Horrible they should fix this.
