Buying a high ticket item on line is a bit frightening. After purchasing my complete Goodman furnace and air conditioning system, I was more than nervous due to reading some less than complimentary reviews for this supplier. I have to report that so far I have nothing but praise for this company.I called the company several times prior to making my purchase and also several times while I was waiting for delivery. Each time I spoke to the sales department and they were extremely helpful.I ordered the system on January 30, 2021 and received it today, February 15, 2021 via FedEx ground who were also wonderful. So that is a 16 day turn around from Florida to Pittsburgh; not too shabby for such a big ticket item especially during COVID and also extreme weather in our area. I am very pleased.All items were well packed inside boxes except the furnace which had a more open style packaging, but still packaged.They had a good price and also offered financing with Bread.So unless any of these items turn out to be a dud, this is a very happy ending. The company fulfilled the order in good time exactly as ordered.As I have previously stated, I had read many reviews and some were very bad, which had me flagged. However, I can only speak from my personal experience which has been totally excellent. They were responsive in every way and I received exactly what I ordered. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

We ordered a split unit from this company, largely because it said that the unit we were ordering was IN STOCK and SHIPS IN 24-72 HOURS. Its ten days later and I have just been told that It should ship later this week or early next week. Just a blatant lie on the website. The customer service people are friendly enough, but state that they know very well that they try to ship in 7-10 business days as a policy, further illustrating that the timeframe is just a blatant lie in black and white, all over their website. I havnt even got the product yet, to review that. I just have six employees dripping sweat here, that I have to let go early the last two weeks and probably this following one, because I made an uninformed choice based on a lie on this website. Very unimpressed. Be informed, find another vendor, and probably contact them to check their actual availability.

Recently purchased a Daikin Mini Split system. A few hiccups with the order but Yosbany, Rene and the rest of the team were fabulous at quickly getting everything perfect in time for the installation. Wow 😲 Unreal Customer service, Heat and Cool.com did an Amazing Job to say the least. I needed a full system, 3 Ton split, with txv valve, and 50 of insulated 3/8×7/8 line set. I looked on the Heat and Cool web site for an Hour checking the Evaporative coil, and Furnace dimensions. The Coil specs did not add up, I talked to Yosbany. I have 10 years Pro HVAC Experience, and Yosbany offered the best customer service live on the phone, while my Rottweiler was Barking at the mail man. Yosbany answered all my questions, and speced out the Evap coil and Furnace with 2 call backs to confirm in stock availability, even gaining access to a three story warehouse perch to confirm the Evap coil. Yosbany took the time to call me back and Triple check it all. We bought the system. Thanks Heat and Cool.com, Thanks Yosbany.

If you want your unit in a timely fashion, use someone else. If you want any customer service, then use someone else. Unit shipped well outside their expected 7 day maximum. No response to calls or emails. Im a contractor and certainly wont be using these useless lot again!

Would recommend highly. Ordered new furnace and central air unit. The company kept me updated on shipping. Units came on time one small problem with conversion kit. QUICKLY addressed and settled. Again if you’re looking for a new system you won’t be disappointed.

They accidently sent me the wrong AC unit but was very willing and respnsive to the replacement. I was told the unit that I ordered would talke up to 6 weeks to receive but somehow they not only found one quickly but sent it to me in record time. I truly appreciate their service.

Absolutely terrible experience...I purchased a $1000 unit. Shipping was prompt, units arrived in two packages, one day apart (not their fault). I ordered an $80 installation kit, which was never included (of course, this was a Friday). I called on Monday, talked to someone, said someone from their company would get it touch. Never did. Called again Tuesday, voicemail. Emailed Tuesday. No response. Call again Wednesday, voicemail. Emailed again, two different email addresses. Nothing. Tried their Facebook page. Nothing. Ended up filing a chargeback with my credit card company for the $80. Total BS. Just tell me you dont have the part, refund my money, it would have saved me a week. Now I have to buy the kit from someone else and delay my installation even more.Will never buy from you again, and will let everyone know your customer service sucks.

I still have not received the wall sleeve or aluminum grill from an order from July 6th. Its over a month now. I have an ac/heat unit that I cant install sitting here in the July and August heat. I ordered from here because the unit I wanted was listed as in stock on the website and I needed it asap. It ended up being out of stock. They also dont tell you on the website that the wall sleeve and aluminum grille ship from the manufacturer which would be nice to now to avoid being in my current situation. There is zero customer service. No one ever answers the phone or gets back to you in any way. You never know what is actually happening.. if anything. This company is terrible and I will never use them again. I never write reviews online and I will make sure this bad review is everywhere possible.

Ordered on June 13 and no response after multiple phone calls/voicemails/emails. I also happened to have a large fraud charge on the same credit card the day after I disputed my charge with these clowns. Don’t make the same mistake, go somewhere else and avoid these people.

Order a unit on April 14. Tried to contact many times via phone, email and even Amazon store and I couldnt get someone to call me back. Theres no excuse for going silent. We can all answer emails and phones from home. I will have to contact my bank to dispute the charge on my card which was charged right away but unit was never shipped and its May 30 today.

Update:I finally got in contact with them via the chat feature on their website and they were very helpful.I purchased a mini split but got the wrong length of install kit tubing. I sent my first email to try and get a replacement over a month and a half ago and have still not been able to get a response from these people. It seems they have abandoned their business.

Do not use!!!! I ordered a unit from this company that had conflicting information in the website. the website stated the unit was multi position but turned out to be vertical only. after bringing this information to heat and cool the manager called me a liar and said it was my fault and i was responsible for paying for the replacement. after i hung up they decided to change the website to add the word vertical. when i confronted the manager with this information he denied that they changed the website and said it was my fault for ordering the wrong unit. (please see attached screenshots) . luckily for me Goodman came to the rescue and offered to pay for the cost of replacing the parts necessary to make my unit work with my configuration. (THANK YOU Goodman FOR CARING ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS). bad news is that even with Goodmans help Heat&Cool has still not sent me the replacement part necessary after 2 weeks since i sent the wrong parts back to them. Also i noticed that many folks on this review board have had similar experiences and i wish that this review had shown up when i was looking at Heat&cool initially, however the google reviews for heat and cool dont seem to show up for some reason and i wish they had because i would not have used them. hopefully this review can spare someone else the same fate. in conclusion i followed all the right steps, i went to the manufacture website to verify who was an authorized dealer and found heat and cool that way, also the website at first glance was well put together and seemed professional, however after making the purchase i soon found out that nothing was what it seemed to be.

Wow, these guys take unprofessional to a new level. Put an order in on the 6th, a week later I hadn’t heard anything about ETA so I started emailing and calling them. I sent them at least 5 emails, and called them as many times. Never got a single response, and never got thru to a human being in customer service. I finally had to cancel the order two weeks later as I had no idea what was going on with their end of things. I couldn’t even get them to acknowledge my cancelation and had to open a complaint with PayPal.What a waste of time!

About a month ago our AC broke down so my husband and I called a technician. The technician said that we needed a new AC and was going to charge us an arm and a leg for it. We found HeatandCool online, and the prices were the best. We called in and spoke to a young lady who assisted us and we bought the air-conditioner. It came on time and we installed it right away. I have no idea how to buy and air conditioner and I found these guys on google. I called and spoke with Alex, he had been a tech in the past and got it done quickly. The only thing about buying these things online is that they take a while to get here. ACs need to come from these freight companies and they are all over the place. So be aware that you will need to speak to the freight company and not HeatAndCool or whoever you buy your AC from

The customer service was horrible, James Norman was very rude and inconsiderate on the phone. He was not able to help me with the issue I was having so I actually had to call the manufacturer and get the answers I was looking for. Horrible! Never buy from them. Unit was broken and all I got was a run around. 5 months later and a summer without AC I was finally FORCED to repurchase the unit that was broken in order for the entire system to work. I was told multiple times that a replacement would be sent but it never was. I was lied to over and over. Worst customer service ever.

I ordered 3 units, I ask for 2 upgrades to one of them. I was billed for the upgrades, but did not receive them. My invoice shows that I paid for the upgrades, but the packing lists show they were not put in the box. They pretty much called me a liar on the phone and said that I had to provide pictures of the products that arrived. I did that and now I have not heard from them. I do not think I ever will. I needed a 4th unit which I bought a Senville instead of a Klimaire. I wish they would have all been Senville units. I think it is sad that people and companies have to make a killing instead of a sale. They can keep the $80 or so, I will not be buying from them again. I am a contractor and will be installing many more mini splits over the next few years.And besides Senville was rated higher in the reviews than Klimair.

Julio refuses to replace brand new air handler, because we didnt take the actual cover off the air handler and inspect inside of it with fed ex still here.. there was no shipping damage, all internal. Julio and the company are crooks. The handler is brand new and beyond repair and they wanna charge us shipping fees and restock fees when all we did is purchase it form these low life crooks

DO NOT Purchase here from this site!! Putting my order #6049 on here so they cant try to say i didnt purchase in their reply. Also will post emails confirming i bought from the if needed! The Product looked fine when it came in, had an HVAC Certified Tech install the unit, then it did not work with only the operation light coming on and blinking twice. They referred me to Tech Support and tried calling at least 35 times with my technician present and also emailed them with NO repsonse! After calling many times as mentioned, finally got Tech support and they were not helpful at all, and actually had NO idea why it was doing that and could not help at all! Went back to the company and they tried to only give me a return with 30% restocking fee an of course tried to reip me a new one with $486 in shipping charges! Wow, what a sham! Ended up disputing the charge on my credit card and will see how that goes even though their website says NO HASSLE returns....lol....right...you mean no hassle for them! they end up refunding couple hundred dollars for nothing. TERRIBLE product and TERRIBLE people to deal with! No customer service skills at all, not worried about anyone after the sale obviously since im in Virginia and they are in Florida!
