Placed an order for In Store pick up trying to gather up essential polymer clay that I needed. Called multiple times about this order and they just kept saying they would pull it when the person picking it up got there. I said repeatedly how important two specific items were.They let one of my critical items sell out before they put it to the side for my order even though it was already paid in full. So I’m wondering what is even the point of the “order online pick up in store” option if they wait until your stuff is sold out before filling the order!!Irritated and calling corporate in the morning…

Wow, did not expect such a complete selection of sewing items here. Im not much of a sew-it-yourself or do-it-yourself person BUT if I was, Id come here.

One of my favorite stores! Staff is always attentive and theres everything you could ever want there! Different fabrics, floral foams, sewing patterns and materials, paints, and so much more. Theres also seasonal decor available and a nice sized clearance section. The only issue I can see with the store is that some aisles are narrow and hold fragile items, so someone in a scooter or wheelchair might have a bit of trouble.

A little pricy, got a sewing box for $44.95 went next door and it was $39.99 and 50% off... same box just different design..WTH

Came here to pick up some fabric for my embroidery projects. We were waiting to ask the fabric assistant a question, and the lady in front of us had about 20 bolts of fabric to be measured and cut. There were no other employees available, so we ended up waiting awhile before being helped. When another employee came to help us, we immediately noticed that she was not wearing a mask. She was very helpful, but was leaning in close to us and breathing all over the fabrics, which did not make me feel safe at all, especially considering I was with my 75 year old grandmother.

One of my top picks for any crafter

This Joanns usually has a good selection but the sales were a bit confusing. They had the math figured out for some things but not for others. Staff is mostly friendly.

Just went in and walked around my visit was nether good nor bad I just looked around. The store Had a comfortable vibe going on so that was nice.

Helpful staff and well equipped store. Star missing for lack of number of staff, they run too lean and you usually have to wait at the front for a cashier to show up. Not because they are lazy, but because they are having to help a customer or stock or whatever. Also, they REALLY need music or something playing. It is almost nauseating how incredibly quiet the store is.

My items kept ringing up wrong, they said it would change when they totaled it. I have a cold and I didnt feel great but was trying to just get a 60 percent off on my yarn purchase. When they totaled it I just wanted to go home. When I got home I looked at the receipt and did not see the correct figures. So I calculated the 60 percent of $10.99 and added in my two other purchases and found I was overcharged $18.79. I will be returning the yarn later today.

Theyre selection mens patterns is limited, but they always have the fabric and notions I need. They dont carry all the yarn colors I need for my Dr Who scarf.Not speaking just of my own, but dont forget to like reviews and photos you like. This helps the reviewer.

Checked on line it said the product I was shopping for was available in the store. It was not !!!! There wasnt even a spot for the item. I absolutely love JoAnns but.... For an area our size our store is ridiculously small. For a lot of items were pretty much forced to go next door to Hobby Lobby which I hate !!! Our other option is to drive 20 or 30 miles to the next bigger JoAnns. We need the bigger store here !!!!!

This place is a really good ran place, were you can find crafty needs, not just fabric.

Some employees are great but a few are not. When asking a question its like they dont understand what you are saying, even though it is a clear cut question. Then off duty employee want to interject their opinion....Ummmm no. Also off duty employee says, No worries I am a nicer person when I ask a question. as I am walking away.Its not my fault that I had to repeat myself 3 times, after you ignorantly interrupted me.Also can never find what I need bc the store doesnt carry most of the sale items. Just gonna make the trip to the Merrillville store, employees are nicer, they actually understand your questions, and way more selections!

This is one of the smallest Joann stores that Ive ever been to. I usually go there specifically for scrapbooking items, and their scrapbook section is ridiculously small. Most of the time, I leave there empty handed. The employees are all as nice as can be, but they couldnt direct me to what I wanted most of the time just because their particular store didnt carry the item. Pretty frustrating, especially since it takes me 30 minutes to get there.

Nice sales on some summer and July 4th items today 6/22.

This is the smallest size of Jo-ann store that there is. That said, their shelves are always full and the store is clean. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. So, while you do not have the big store selection, it is a nice atmosphere in which to shop.

Cashier misinformed me on a return. When i spoke with corporate....they never called back. I called them back and after much valuable time on the phone they refused to make right what went wrong in an argumentative way. Please collect your own info as staff has no clue. Will not be shopping here anymore after spending $200-$600 a month here since opening my company. Thankyou.

Good people not so educated in fabric sales I got a lot of I don’t know and the people even told me I would possibly have better luck at the other hobby store right next to them so I went there and well they didn’t have it either but I’m sure that sending people to other stores probably isn’t a good thing lol
