He helped us find the mattress that was best for us, and we felt truly valued as customers in this store. We’re excited about taking delivery soon!

Monte was aweso.e! He helped us out tremendously. We dont know anything about buying a new mattress. All we know is we need a new one. We went to the store and Monte was talking to other customers but he still recognized our presence and told us that hell be with us shortly and he was. Helped us figure out what type of mattress we like best and how soft or firm we want. We didnt feel rushed to make a decision so he can close a sale. He was just an incredible person overall. Cant wait to get our new mattress and try it out!

Mattress Firm had all of our mattresses in stock and delivered within two days. The salesman, Monte, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The delivery drivers were prompt and courteous. All in all, a great experience.

Bought a Sterns and Foster Rockwell Luxury Its so amazing I have problems with hip, lower back and knee pain. I could definitely tell that the Sterns and Fosters gave less pressure on my sore areas. Cant wait to get it delivered because of our schedule we have to wait a couple weeks. Thats with fingers crossed because of the pandemic. They also give you 120 days to sleep on it if you not satisfied you can exchange or get a refund. But if you get the refund there are restocking fees and what not. So you wont get the whole amount back. But are mattress is 13 years old, Im not going to get a refund if were not satisfied I well exchange but its a lovely mattress made in Cocamo Ind. And even gives you the name of the person from the factory that made it. Cant remember the name of the sales person but he was so good and patient while I keep going back and forth from mattress to mattress trying them out. Thanks for all your patience and understanding all my needs😘

The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and worked really hard to get me the best sell price deal that he could. And we were actually able to chitchat a little bit about my kids and the reason why I’m getting this mattress and he talked about his grandkids, which made a very relaxing environment. Our salesman, Monte Hill was exceptional in his knowledge about the product and his concern for the physical needs of the customer. He was enthusiastic about answering our questions and making sure that we were satisfied with the product we were purchasing. He even called on his day off to ask if we were satisfied with the delivery and how everything on the bed was working.In summary, my experience with Mr.Hill was outstanding!

Amazing and so welcoming ! We walked into Matress Firm with the intention of just looking at mattresses as we were debating on purchasing a new one soon. We were immediately welcomed with a friendly “Hello” and a wave from a gentlemen even though he was finishing up a current customer . He proceeded to let us know he would be right with us when he was finished and to feel free to browse around. This always makes you feel good when you are acknowledged . When he was finished, he approached us, introduced himself as Monte, and asked if we were in search of anything particular . We had told him what we were looking for and he immediately took us to look at and try a few options. We proceeded to tell him that we particularly liked one of the options but it was a little above what we particularly wanted to pay. Monte proceeded to ask what type of price range we were in search of and then told us he thought he had JUST the mattress for us . Well, he sure did ! We were sold within a few minutes and our brand new bed will be here in just two days ! The service, friendliness and knowledge Monte showed was just wonderful ! Thank you again and we can’t wait to receive our mattress and enjoy a, hopefully, awesome nights sleep !

I was helped by a gentleman i believe his name was Monty. I came in with a certain price i couldnt go over and he made sure i didnt! He was so kind and he made me feel so comfortable it was like being back home. It was a quick and easy process. Any questions were answered. Any concerns were answered genuinely. If in the future i need another mattress i will be going back to that location in Michigan City just because of him!!!

My experience was ok. Beds were a bit dirty so it was hard to try them out without being grossed out. Salesman was a bit rude when I was confused about a bed. Son enjoyed the legos though hahaha. Prices were consistent with what I saw online.

We needed 2 mattress sets and Monte was so dedicated we ended up buying 3 sets. New mattresses for everyone!

I went in looking for a metal frame and the salesman upsold me to the highest quality one they offer for only $120. He said they have them in stock, and after I bought and paid for it, he came out of the back area with a beat up box that was taped together and assured me that it was what I needed. After I got home and opened the box, the item was defective and missing a piece to put it together. I packed it back up, took it to the store, and was offered a replacement if I was willing to go to another store. After telling him that if I wasnt walking out of his store with a replacement that I just wanted my money back he tried to sell me a lower model. One that he already told me was essentially worthless when compared to the one I bought. He finally agreed to offer me a refund after 10 minutes of conversation, but the experience was unpleasant.
