Amir was the highlight of my visit! Wonderful customer service upon entering the door. He was very knowledgeable of all of the stores items and sales it was just simply amazing. Everyone in the building was helpful but Amir stood out the most. Store was open and bright the sales were great! Not to mention they are still under the mask mandate which is another Plus for all of us at the end of the day. Well done Michael Kors outlet.

If I could afford to buy the entire MK Store I would! I love visiting Michael Kors. On This particular visit, I was there for a gift for my niece who just turned 17. I got her a really cute orange backpack with metal detailing. The store associates are very serious about COVID-19, and they made sure to offer us hand sanitizer as well as social distancing and they only allowed, (I believe), four or five people in the store at one time. They didn’t rush us either, even though there was a line outside, we were able to take our time and choose whatever we wanted and walk around and look at other things too. The customer service is always great. This is my 3rd visit to the store. I also love the sale prices, and the quality of the bags. The next time I visit, I plan to purchase some perfume and sunglasses because Lord knows I don’t need any more purses! But this is my go to store. Nothing against the Coach outlet, I just prefer Michael Kors Selection of purses. They are in my opinion, more trendy, and the prices are reasonable. The store is always clean and very well organized, and again the customer service people all extremely helpful, polite, and efficient. If you’re ever in Michigan city you should definitely visit the store which is located in lighthouse mall! You won’t regret it!

Its a beautiful experience shopping in Michael kors however the shoes are insanely cheaply made. I have purchased my last pair of Michael kors shoes boots etc and they hurt too badly and you can tell that the platform gym shoes is very cheaply made.

Was running great deals and wife got a wallet that was 198 for 63. So she was happy. Service was outstanding...

Went to this store to check it out since Michael Kors is my favorite crossbody to carry these days~WILL NEVER SPEND MY $$$ at this store.The mask patrol was hot & heavy in there..not to mention the man who designated himself to making our experience less then appealing would not stand less then 2 ft away from my husband & I...but was sure to tell us to keep our mask over our nose & mouth...he did this 4 times in a 5 minute span~literally followed us thruout the tiny store.Keep up the BAD practice & watch how much business you lose...u lost my $$.Shame on you Mr.

Horrible. I don’t know who the skinny man was that “helped” me but he was so rude and made me uncomfortable. Someone should honestly investigate that store for different reasons. Lol.

Went the day after Christmas, the had an amazing sale, with the entire store being 70% off. The store was very clean and despite it being small and there being plenty of employees the greeted us when we came in but didnt offer any help. I ended up finding a purse and a wallet for my mom. Other than that the sale was great! Otherwise I would have given it all 5 stars.

The wait time in line was horrible, they had no type of order as far as how long individuals can stay inside the store when they got inside. There was no social distancing standing in line. I would not recommend anyone to come to this store until its open at 💯 percent.

Never made it in the store the line was long and wasnt moving fast. Get here early to miss the line.

Okay, this place is a lot cheaper, especially if you are going here to purchase a purse, however. The typical price for a midsize purse here is about $300 to $400 when a larger purse can be in the upwards of $600 to $1,000 for Michael Kors! Not Coach!Id you will spend that kind of $$ on a purse tour going to use for a season or 3....Go to Coach when they have their annual sale...

Do not give refunds! Received a purse as a gift, really too small. I am stuck with an exchange or keep what I got. Terrible customer service. My daughter did not know their return policy. They did not make it known it could not be returned for refund. Never to return. Stores like this should not be in business.
