Wednesday I enter the store around 9:30, when entering I greeted the young lady that was on shift Wednesday she didn’t even say anything back. She looked like she didn’t wanna be at work. She was very RUDE. She told me she wasn’t ringing me up so I have to use the self check out . Bad customer services need to be fired

Twice this year I have had mask confrontations with employees. I was even told by one employee that I could shop somewhere else when I told her she and the other employee should be wearing mask next to one another. yes I reported them and they are still employed there and still not wearing masks. I have also see customers allowed in not wearing masks. There are at least 3-4 employees not abiding by the mandate and I cant imagine working at this store. Sad think is most of the employees are very nice and have been there forever. Please be safe and logical people. During a pandemic is when we should care more about one another not less.

People are nice, Never any issues here. Only down side is store closes early.. Other then that, pharmacy peoples are polite, store employees are polite too.

Nothing good happening here. Pharmacists are condescending. Everything and everyone is slow.

Very slow. Male pharmacist impolite. They always send people to other pharmacies because they never have medications. Lied about procedures on contacting drs for refills. Wont refill meds that are signed up for auto refill. A foolish pharmacy risking lives. Do not go to this pharmacy.

We move to Long Beach, and I have been going to this pharmacy on Karwick for about one year.During that year I noticed that everyone behind the Pharmacy counter seem to ignore customers standing at the counter. No One will look up from their work and MAKE EYE CONTACT.Without exception, this has happened each and every time I have gone to that pharmacy.This includes the Pharmacist. It appears, The worker-bees are miserable with their jobs.Pharmacy employees will hurry past waiting customers as though they are invisible.When Ive said, Excuse Me. I get an annoyed response, Be right with you.But, still no eye contact. (Their heads and eyes are down, as though they are dodging bullets.)Last week I read the name tag of the most unhappy pharmacy employee, kathy.She will not look up for any reason. They look over worked and under loved..(A Martyr complex) ..And, frankly, I feel the same way, every time I enter your pharmacy.I am looking for a new Pharmacy Chain....Not another CVSFor Gosh Sakes teach them some people skills.....Smile, make eye contact, greet the customers.. ..

Came to pharmacy for flu shot, after standing and not being acknowledged for 5 minutes, the gal said What are you here for?...No hello, how are you, sorry for the wait, no smile...nothing. Was told it would be at least 30 minutes before I could be seen...only 2 people in waiting area for prescriptions. I politely said no thank you then and received a disgusted look from tech. Wont be coming back to this location for anything.Customer service and a smile goes a long way and will keep people coming back!

I would advise avoiding this place or the other large Pharmacy
