This place is absolutely horrific!!! They cannot even speak English and they are so rude it is unbelievable that they are allowed to even own a restaurant in the United States. What a disgrace to Americans.

Manager and staff were extremely warm and welcoming, which Ive come not to expect of many franchise eateries, these days. We visited on vacation, but if we lived nearby, we would be very regulars at this family-owned-and-operated establishment! Just really nice people!

Cones were stale and people were not very nice. Do not recommend. Plenty other options around.

Super Friendly service and amazing ice cream and coffees

If I could give a zero stars I would. They are always out of popular ice cream like mint chip and pralines n cream. We complained once and an employee said the manager does not order the ice cream right. The serving size has gone way down but price is still up. The lady taking our order could not hear us for some reason so we drove around to take the order and they still got it wrong. How hard is it to hear 2 pralines and cream doubles in a cake cone and double in a cup.we spend $16 for a single scoop size. There seemed to be so much confusion in that store.

Wow. Some of the worst service Ive ever had, anywhere, for anything. Employee got short with my wife because they were out of the 1st THREE flavors she wanted. This location seems to always have horrible customer service, and are always low on inventory.

I wouldnt return to this location. Not friendly and limited selection of ice cream flavors.

This location seems to always be out of multiple products. Every time I go to this location, they have a very limited number of flavors, and they are always out of waffle cones and spoons. My most recent visit was exceptionally unsatisfactory because the employee working the drive-thru was very rude and was frustrated when I had to choose an alternative flavor because they were out of multiple flavors again.

Great staff, ice cream is good. The manager fired one employee and left one woman working all day alone. Had to wait for service because that were so busy. Poor girl had to work way to hard. She did a great job!

I would give more if they wouldn’t always close a hour early then what the website says.. they never smile and I never feel welcome. The donut selection is very slim as well. Basking Robins has no menu.

Did get what we ordered, all of it was made wrong. Will not go back.

I went here to get ice cream. I talked on the speaker and ordered. She sayed what 3-4 times. And daily got my order. But she was rude.

Just got the tiniest one scoop ice cones swiming in a giant waffle cone and paid $3.00 a piece for them. Never again. We did enjoy our samples lol.

We live in Traverse City, and every time we drive to Illinois, we make a point to stop at Baskin Robbins in Michigan City for s cappucino blast. They are the best! Fast, friendly service and the best ice cream treats ever—what more could you ask for?

Was just what I expected and everything was fresh

Made me 3 lbs heavier and 3 lbs more lovable.

Rude service, They admit that they ran out of chocolate ice cream for the milkshake and was to lazy to get a new tub in the freezer. So they serviced us milk with very little ice cream.

I get cappuccino blasts every day from here. Not always friendly staff 2nd shift has one ride lazy worker but mornin shift is amazing!

I came over at 7:30 PM on a Saturday. The hours are clearly posted on the door that they are open until 10:00 PM. The door is locked and from in the store the staff from inside tell me drive thru only. WTF. Its 90 degrees out. As Im writing this in the parking lot, 4 cars with families tried to walk in.
