This store is great. They have a ton of great retro and modern games and consoles, and the staff their is extremely nice. Although they do sell broken consoles and dvds which is kinda weird, but the pros outweigh the cons by a lot. If your a gamer, you should definitely go here

I really like this place.The employees are very friendly and crazy knowledgeable about vintage gaming products.They have almost anything and everything you would need if youre looking to setup a new gaming system or update vintage system.Ive gone here to get Nintendo and Sega Genesis games, in addition to, PS4 games.Very broad selection of used games across all consoles.Highly recommended!(FYI, unfortunately the Plumbus is not for sale.)

Easily the best game store in the area, the prices are great, they always have an amazing selection from retro to brand new games and theres always something rare and obscure on the shelf that will blow your mind. All the employees are extremely friendly and will help you out to the best of their ability, I cant give any higher praise to this store.

One of my favorite places to visit when shopping in Michigan City. They have EVERYTHING! From New to Retro Gaming, books, figurines, you can find anything here. Definitely recommend!

Never disappointed. These guys go out of their way to please you. Bought a game that didnt work, they fixed it for free. Many times I brought in a game and never charged me to repair it. Just wish their game system prices were more affordable

This was my first visit to Game Changers. They had a ton of games there for just about every game system, including the original Playstation. There store is well organized, making it quite easy to find whatever one is looking for. The staff was also very friendly and professional. Definitely worth a visit.

They have a very wide array of video games. From old consoles I dont even know the name of it, to the Switch, and everything in between. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about what they sell. they also sell mystery boxes for $25 which I swear will be the undoing of me. I love them

Long time customer lostIve been going to the store since they used to be back in the mall And every time I went Ive always spent anywhere from 50 to $200And the owner is always gave me a deal because I keep coming back to them and spending that kind of money and since your long haired employee has taken over the last two times Ive been there He had tried to turn it into an eBay store So that being said the last time I will buy or stepping foot in the store

Employees are smug they want eBay prices but you can find games cheaper at disc replay or on eBay don’t recommend shop else where

Called for information on an item and we got excellent help, they held the item for us so we had time to get to the store. Staff was friendly and polite, helpful with any questions and advice on the console we bought.

This store has products that I havent seen in YEARS! I absolutely love it. Its like stepping into my childhood. They also have newer gaming products but I go for the older consoles, games, merch, etc. I just picked up a Nintendo 64 recently and my next venture will be the Sega Genesis. I recommend checking this place out. Even if its just for a look around. The employees are really nice and helpful too!

I was looking for PS Vita games, they had an impressive inventory considering how uncommon they are, they also had memory cards (which are specific to the Vita). Despite shopping with one item in mind the other consoles on display were in such good condition with very reasonable prices. Definitely a better alternative to other stores like GameStop.

This place is great! Theyre reasonable, and they treat my two sons (who are regulars there) very fairly. I truly appreciate that. Watched them build this business from the ground up. This place is great. Looking for old or new games and consoles? They most likely have them! They generally get consoles and games for them you most likely have not seen or heard of as well.Regardless, the deals on movies, games and consoles seem to be on par compared to other game shops.The staff is generally friendly and they do remember if your looking for specific items as well. If they cant get it, they can usually tell you where they think you can get them.

This is a great game store. They have a good selection of new and used systems and games. People working here know a lot about gaming and are always super helpful. You can get anything from yhe newest releases to old nes, snes, sega, ect. Would recommend any gamer stop by to check the place out.

I couldnt recommend this game store enough. Their selection is amazing, the majority of the time their prices are better than what you can find online, and their staff is always very friendly, happy to talk to you, and knowledgeable on what they sell. Great little game store with a variety of games and consoles. I like that they cary boxed game consoles compared to other stores. The bad thing about this store is, there prices are a bit high compared to other game stores I have been to. Even compared to eBay. I’m a person to go to game stores over eBay but when prices are cheaper online over other places I will go there. Most of the employees are nice here. One or two are not. If you are looking for a game I’m sure they have it. I would rather buy from them than other chains. I just wish prices were lower.

Poor customer service I bought a PlayStation 4 when I got at home the controller was broken Came back to the store in hopes of getting the customers to work with my issue. They told me it was no way they sold me a controller like that. I was shocked so I went and bought a PS4 from game stop $50 more but worth it because I got a brand new controller All these guys have to do was give me a new controller or go half-and-half with me on one if they felt the problem came for me When I came to return the PlayStation the owner and associates Mocked and Made fun of me and my issue One of them took the controller and threw it against the wall these are horrible individuals do not waste your money
