The guy that helped me with my business cards was very helpful! But I want a refund and to take my business elsewhere!!! Horrible customer service when I call to find out why my cards still arent even made after almost 2 weeks!! The woman I just talked to just wanted to brush me off. I highly recommend going to a small company that cares, this place is trash..

Near closing I went in the store with empty packages of what I wanted and Scott and Brad had my items looked up and located quickly. Such a great customer service experience :-)

Manager Scott and his team have helped our business tremendously with their knowledge, expertise and helpfulness. FAST response to our restaurant needs, especially getting the product perfect before print. They go out of their way to make a customer feel valued and Ive never seen that before. NOT a big box store; the personal service is just fantastic. Also, the patience the manager has is incredible. A frenetic pace, but he treats his employees with great respect; customers dont see that a lot these days.Thank you, Scott and team!

My experience at this location was great! The store manager took the time to explain the several benefits of their ink subscription. I was already a member but I was unfamiliar with all the details. He was very kind and professional!

I buy all of my office supplies here, ink for the printer,ail lables, printers, computers, monitors and more, they are very knowledgeable about their products and they even have a rewards program that lets you recycle old ink cartridges and earn money towards your next purchase, I like these guys

Horrible service .... THE GENERAL MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED ...... HE PLACED ANOTHER CUSTOMER BEFORE ME AFTER I HAD BEEN THERE WORKING ON A PROJECT FOR 30 MINUTES DUE TO THEIR OUTDATED COMPUTER...... I WOULDNT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS HERE .....

It usually has what I need, however not always at the lowest price. Must know your prices and shop around for the best deal. Unless you are buying there out of convenience.

Went in for just some copies, from my phone to paper. The two people I dealt with were very nice, very helpful. So all and all my experience there was good. Hope everyone else has the same.

Good selection but I wanted a chair and didnt want to wait for it. However when I told them which chair I wanted I was told it would have to be ordered, was free shipping, and would take 2 days. The entire reason for going to the brick and mortar store was to get it now instead of waiting to ship to your house.

Im not giving the store 5 stars. If I had to give the store a rating it would be a 3.I went in today with my 2 kiddos (1 and 5). My frustration level was already high because it was a busy morning and this was my last stop. Anyhow I went to the printing station and was told I couldnt print right of my laptop. They gave me a few options and I chose to email the form. Now im not that great at doing anything on the computer so i really did need the help as far as what to do. The 1st man just left me to figure it out on my own. (Meanwhile my kids are running around only making my frustration higher.) I couldnt pull the form up and get it to my email and was just ready to pack up and leave. Another man which Im assuming was the manager came over and asked if I need help. I told him I was just going to go and he insisted on helping get what I need done. It took all of maybe 2 minutes. He download the form to a stick(which was not an option the 1st man gave me) and printed. He could see I was highly frustrated not being able to get the form and with the kids, he didnt let me leave without getting what needed to be done DONE. Just wanted to say thank you to that man. After I was finished it was a weight lifted. If he didnt come over I would probably never go back. Just the fact he seen I was having trouble and offered his help made a complete difference.

Omg we had a horrible project that was urgent and Nick in the print center was patient, understanding and awesome!! He made our 3 hour experience very pleasant! Hes a keeper!!

I sat at the print counter for 5 min without a single worker acknowledging me. I understand being busy, but at least if an employee lets me know hell be right with me, the wait is not so bad. The one man, Mike, was busy the whole time, but another, Scott, finished with his customer and walked away without even looking at me. I was very disgruntled at this display of poor customer service.

Good selection of what you may need but costs somewhat more than buying online for some items.

Worst customer service ever. Went in looking for color laserjet multifunction printer, An associate comes by asks if I needed help with anything. I tell him what i am looking for and his reply is we dont have many of those and he turns and walks away returning to front desk area chatting with a young lady and drumming with a pen on the counter. Come to find out the young lady is the manager on duty. Walked out and wont be going back!! This is why this store will fail in Michigan City. I usually buy printers and such online but I really wanted to check it out firsthand and compare Toner cartridge prices for the models that they carried to get the best price per page with decent quality. If the sales staff her doesnt have a clue about what they have or what they sell why even hire them. I used to buy quite a few things there but since the merger and new location they are going downhill FASTI wouldnt recommend this store for office equipment or supplies.Other stores not supposedly specializing in Office supplies and such would be a better choice.

Friendly staff good selection

Since Office Depot has taken over, the prices have been jacked up obscenely and the selection has deteriorated drastically. You can also sense how the new company has demoralized its workers who see this sad state of affairs and have to face disgruntled customers.
