I ordered 5 black bug balls. I the description it stated that the sticky stuff was included. My order arrived and there was no sticky stuff. After I read and took a screenshot of the description, I called the company. I was told it was a mistake, but he would send a couple of bottles out ASAP. That was July 21st. It is now August 25th and I have not received anything. Ive called multiple times, but there is never anyone there to help me. Very poor customer service.

Love to support local, but MAN, why does it have to take 15-30 mins to get some basics here? It’s been this way for more than a year. I write this so they can improve since I want to support local stores and want others to as well. I thought calling in a seed order would help, still took 20 mins waiting there.

Paris Farmers Union has what you need. They even offered me to place a special order, which was much appreciated. Gilbert and Bill showed interest in my personalized projects and directed me towards the right products for my needs. Jen was also very kind and researched all the prices for me when I came up with an inquiry. Very good service and overall very satisfying experience. Thank you.

Paris is *the* place to go for everything farm-related. Shovels, rakes, gloves, animal feed, horse brushes, feed buckets, ladders, hardware, rope, and about a million more things 90% of which I wouldnt even be able to name. Guaranteed to have that thing you need, and a good quality one too, not some knockoff or plastic junk.

Completely inept employees. 2 years in a row our chicken order has been “lost”. This year it took two people to place our order, we foolishly believed them when they assured us our order was on file. 2 weeks before the arrival date we went in to make sure our order would be there and we would be called - “oh yes, everyone’s order is right here behind the counter, if you ordered them, the slip is here”.When we weren’t called - we went in to get either our birds or our money, and the manager was of no help. She was incredibly rude and had already decided she wasn’t going to help us at all. I have shopped at that store 3 times a week for my entire adult life. The assumption that I would walk in and lie about ordering 50 dollars worth of chicks is appalling, and the lack of assistance was even worse. I will never ever shop here again.
