I recently sent six packages to California from this UPS location including a valuable painting, large heavy area rug, and many fragile items. Joshua and his team made the drop off experience quick and easy. Furthermore, everything was delivered in a timely manner in perfect condition as it had been packaged with great care. Highly recommended!

Ive come in here a couple times to get paintings shipped. The shipping is great, done really well, staff is also great, but if youre looking to get something scanned I would suggest looking elsewhere. I had several paintings/drawings scanned and all of them had a fog over them, some of them you just cant see sections of the drawings. I have had to photoshop all of the scans so if you dont already have a history in photoshop you might have to pay extra for them to photoshop it for you. But they are great for shipping!

The Middlebury UPS Store is one of the largest in the United States. The first floor is for shipping and mailboxes plus you can buy boxes, tape and shipping supplies. The second floor is full of office supplies and copy machines. The staff is incredibly friendly and are always willing to go the extra mile to help their customers.

Went to the Middlebury U P S store where they were very friendly and said that they could ship my package. They told me that shipping came with $100 insurance included and offered me the option to purchase additional insurance. Since I havent had a problem with shipping from any other ups store, I declined. I had nearly 20 Tupper ware containers of frozen food for my son in Florida. They individually wrapped each container Styrofoam and freezer packed ten freeze packs in the box. Also I had an envelope with $100 in with the packges. They didnt ask about the envelope, nor did they tell me that I couldnt send cash. The package shipped on Monday night and reached Massachusetts on Tuesday at 1204 am. It was due to reach Florida on Friday. On Thursday morning, I checked tracking and it said that it never left Massachusetts and that it was damaged and discarded at 234 on Thursday morning. Why did it not leave Massachusetts? Why was it discarded and not shipped. How does a package get so thoroughly destroyed that it must be completely discarded... even the containers. And to top it off, the insurance that it comes with will not be paid and there is no refund on the shipping that didnt ship. I am out cash, containers, and worst of all I cant even send my kid some home cooked food. I would have been sending packages regularly and now I cant send them at all. No wonder people arent using you guys
