Randy was no less than fantastic informative and had my truck back to me sooner than expected. I couldnt be more happy with is work and professionalism. I would highly recommend him. The wires on my engine harness rubbed through and was sending random misfire codes and a truck ran horrible. He found it right away and repaired it for me. Even though R&R prices have been above average my family has been bringing all of our family cars to Randys for the last 15 - 20 years . Randy was always considered the go to person when we had car issues.Recently, I had a terrible experience where Randy took great issue with attitude whereby he would not even look at my car because it was previously serviced by car dealer where the car was purchased.I felt so vulnerable and offended toward his response by Randy that Ill never go back to R&R due to this horrible experience. Ill continue to share my experience to my family, friends and others.

I would give Randy 10 stars but they wouldnt let me. Hes been servicing my cars for many, many years and I wouldnt think of going elsewhere, not even to a dealer. RANDY IS TERRIFIC !!!!

Randy is a thief anf a liar.After he charged me $4,000 and failed to repair my car he perpured himsewlf in court under oath. He is a very good liar and the judge believed him.The problem with my car was an air mass sensor. Ray Catena in Edison fixed it for $ 400.00.Stay away from R and R.
