Fast and good service

The best thing about Dollar General-they carry a lot of merchandise from food to toys to household items, electronics and everything in between at reasonable prices. Dont expect a ton of top tier products, but youre not paying a premium for what you get either. Its a clean store with friendly staff... Keep up the good work Dollar General.

1st time customer at a Dollar General and very impressed.They had lots of every day things but also some really neat toys too.Oh btw the staff greeted me, asked if I need help, and thanked me for shopping with them.Nowadays all I get from Target is attitude

First trip to Dollar General and it was worth the trip. Prices are insane for the great inventory of cookies that they have... unbelievable, and then you realize how much of a mark up the supermarkets and even Walmart gets...! Unfortunately, this location was an older building and did not hit you as super clean and maintained. Even though cosmetics were lacking, their many great deals are hard to find elsewhere.

Great staff, store is ok. Many empty shelves but not staffs fault. Products not being produced.

They dont put enough people on a shift and because of that theres normally only one person there that can ring up your items and check you out at the register. Theres always a long wait in line.

Place is great convenient fast well stocked.. they carry alot more items than you would expect! At all affordable pricing!

Well maintained and well organized store. Much better than other stores where things are randomly lying around. The only downside was less on-site staff to help with questions we had but eventually we were able to find what we went to buy.

Very convenient place to have in the area. I find it to be better than the family dollar in south bound brook. Great place to get cards and gift packaging and not pay an arm and a leg for them. Staff is friendly and polite.

The website said they carried Verners soda, so we went and they dont. Not a wasted trip we found some things.

I dont see this store as a Dollar Store. It has a great variety of products but not much of them cost a dollar. Walmart is cheaper

I love going to Dollar General because of their low prices. However the place is never organized. Boxes to be emptied in the ilses, stuff on the floors to be put up. But its fun to shop there.

I went to this store and they couldn’t print receipts in any of the two registers. I dont understand how organizations like this dont have a plan B in cases like these for the customers. Aside from asking the employee if i could come back for a copy of the receipt he told me he didnt know and then I asked if he could send it digitally and told me he didnt know (?) Who do we trust our business? Where is the General Manager? Where is the District/Regional Manager?This is a healthy suggestion to improve these situations.PS: This same employee should NOT talk to his girlfriend while on duty that way he’s not going to be mad when the customers start asking him questions.

I like these place. Because they selling a lot things..

First time and maybe last,- at least bringing my toddler with me! Total safety hazard! And not just for kids! Posted some pics of what inside looked like, boxes,lifts, metal cages that hold trash bags-all over.. especially towards the back, where I needed to buy my items. I couldn’t fit a cart in, looked like DG hoarding! Got their app, after seeing some deals someone else was telling me about with their DG digital coupons. I liked the savings but this location is not worth it. My 4 yr old daughter was grabbing things off shelves left and right, got too close to a bottle of detergent the cap came loose and tiny spill on the floor- told the one cashier that was also stocking shelves when she didn’t have a customer and she replies “well did she put the cap back on?” ....!!?! And so the employee just left it like that! I did put a tissue on top of it,probably will still b there tomorrow.

They had pads that were a perfect fit for my dogs diapers. A lot of knick/nacks I liked

Nothing is a dollar at dollar stores anymore but the place is nice and clean and has a good selection.

Super duper

Getting rung up here is the worst. It takes me 2 minutes to get my items & another 10 to check out. Associates are constantly screaming from across the store at each other & telling life stories. Not to mention the multitude of rude encounters eve had here.

Convenient to my home and a variety of merchandise at reasonable prices. I was looking for an HDMI cable, So I called first to see if they carried them because I didnt want to drive to Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart would have been out of my way... but dollar General actually had three. I dont actually think of going to dollar General, but i Will now.
