My delivery of 10lbs of Turkish apricots were mostly rotten, with weird black stuff growing inside some of them. Inedible and useless. I attempted to contact Sincerely Nuts over several platforms, but no one from the company can be bothered to response or make good on their customer service or provide a quality product for your money. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Have to say, pretty disappointed. Made an order and the tracking info wasnt showing up. Okay, figured it would be an easy thing to check on. Two emails to their support group and 15 minutes on hold later, I have yet to make any progress. Sorry nuts, but youre sincerely disappointed me.

Severe lack of consistency! Youd think anyone selling something premium would have some sort of QC (quality control) in place. NOT Sincerely Nuts- One week youll get something decent, and then the next time the same product will be complete junk from a completely different source. If you want to take a gamble on a 1-time purchase, then go ahead and try SN. But if you need consistency then look elsewhere because you wont get it with these guys.

I suggest people look elsewhere for their nuts. Their are plenty of more responsive on-line shops.I placed an order last week and though it arrive quickly via UPS, a bag of Jordan Almonds was missing.I left several messages on their site via their contacts page and as of today there has been no response from them.Companies that short customers packages and dont reply are no better than thieves!

Wow amazing amazing amazing! I’ve had their nuts so many times in the last couple of years and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Everything always tastes fresh, as if it came straight from the tree. Im always looking forward to the next time I will have some of their nuts. Best ever. Thanks very much.

When I first started ordering here, the product was very consistent for the first five or so orders. Then suddenly, any subsequent order of the same product with the same request of quality was the exact opposite. Two orders ago, I contacted them to let them know and was quite disappointed that I never even got an answer, let alone the common courtesy of either offering a refund or replacement. I tried one more order, the same inferior quality, so I am done and have to go looking again. That is why I am only rating two stars.

I couldn’t be more happy. Freshness was not the word. Everything was delicious. And the way everything was picked and shipped on time. These guys know what there doing. I am purchased from them monthly for the last year or so and couldn’t be happier

Terrible site, terrible customer service, so many sites that do what they do faster,cheaper,and overall higher quality. Dont recommend at all! Orders ship late and incorrect

They always ship the same day..my packages used to get here in 2 days but since they moved to Jersey its 3 days. Still, amazing shipping time. I dont know what that guy John is talking about...I even included a screenshot as proof!

Not worth the buying - Ive gotten poor seeds, so-so cashews, middle of the road pistashios and such. Trader Joes is better for cashews and others are better for real Turkish nuts and various seeds. SN may have been good back when...before there was as much local and online competition, but now they are run-of-the-mill or worse, IMHO. To each his own, tho, and if you like their stuff so be it.

I recently purchased some nuts and dried fruits and all I could say is wow!So delicious so satisfying !Will definitely buy again.

Poor customer service and order tracking. Never received my order. Can I leave a 0 star review? I placed my order on May 1. It is May 26 and still have not received my order. I emailed customer service multiple times and never received a response. Very disappointed.

Packaging was defective. I called and received a replacement the very next day! Thank you Sincerely Nuts.

Ok product but lies about ship times, they say ships within 24 hours. It averages them minimum 5 days to ship, then about another week to receive. Pretty bad customer service from any time I was forced to contact them. Would recommend looking elsewhere since there are plenty of other sites which do what they do much better.

The stuff Ive ordered has come quickly and been overall pretty decent, but Im put off by the product of China label. Seems sketchy.

I never received my $80 order! An email was sent to me soon after I placed the order saying that some of the items in my order are out of stock, and asking if I want any other items instead or just the items that are in stock. I responded and said I dont want any other items instead of the items from my original order. I never received a response, a shipping confirmation email, a cancellation email, or my items. I emailed back a few days later and then received a shipping confirmation email. The shipping confirmation email showed that my order was shipped in two packages. One tracking number shows that my package was delivered (I never received it) and the 2nd tracking number showed that the package couldnt be delivered because there was no where safe to leave the package (I receive hundreds of packages per year in this address). I emailed customer service multiple times but never heard back.After leaving a 1 star review here on Google and other places, someone called me, apologized, and said theyll reship my order and they did. The package was still missing items and I emailed to let them Sincerely Nuts know about the missing items. I never received a response for my email but received the missing items so I updated the ranking from 1 stars to 4 stars.

I placed an order 16 days ago and never received it I have emailed them a bunch of times and not one single response please don’t order from them they are going to rip you off

Dont order from this company, I paid for 25 lbs of apricots they didnt come, wrote to them then they are now shipping me 10lbs from amazon. Scam looking for a full refund.
