Super easy pick up for online order. Staff was friendly, even when I immediately returned some of that same purchase. The store is laid out nicely and isn’t cluttered. Coupons can be scanned on your phone without downloading an app or subscribing to emails which I like.

5 stars because they usually have what you need and the store is clean. The cashiers are usually nice but sometimes seem stressed. Maybe they have too many other tasks in addition to checking people out. That would cause me stress as well.

Nice, well-stocked crafts and hobbies store with lots of seasonal decor items.

We needed some picture frames for some certificates and I initially purchased 3 not realizing they had a BOGO offer going on. I returned and explained that Id really like an additional frame for no cost and they completely understood. No hassle, just great customer service. That great customer service is what sets them apart and will continue to earn my business.

Happy with the prices and quality, but finding someone to help you is hard as well as long lines at checkout.

I love this Michaels, they have great selection, good deals and sales going on. Customer service is also on point! A while ago I bought 2 pack canvas, and one of them happened to be damaged. They exchanged it and even gave me a more expensive canvas instead (same size). Im a permanent customer here :)

A clean, well stocked store. Parking can be hectic on Weekends, but there is plenty of spots. While they offer the standard fare for a craft store, their art supply section is quite good. They carry fancy markers, Zebra gel pens, and other brands. Pair with a coupon for a reduced price, as these dont really go on sale.They dont carry fabric, but they have sewing and quilting supplies.

After-season sales should not be missed, either! They could be more ... encouraging ... with customers about wearing masks at this time.

Michaels is a good place to get decent art supplies and craft stuff. The Michaels brand Artists Loft is a great deal for pretty good art supplies. If you need artists quality:, Michaels isnt the best place, and youd be better off ordering online. But if youre just trying to get into a new form of art (like painting) and dont mind not having the professional stuff, youd be hard pressed to beat their deals.

Seems to think that curbside pickup is the ideal opportunity to offload damaged product under some no exchanges policy. Of course nevermind they are the ones that pick the product. Too bad, once its in your hands, good luck getting a refund or undamaged product.

I hope that after writing this review I will not come to learn that Michaels had the same political views as Hobby Lobby because it is my one stop shop for so many crafts. I love the layout of the store and everyone is so helpful. Every time I watch a youtube and think I can become a great artist I go to Michaels buy 100 dollars worth of stuff and voila! It is so fun and almost never amounts to anything but I keep going back!

Glad to have both Michaels and Hobby Lobby here. Michaels carries slightly different stock, so if one doesnt have something, the other probably will. Also, LOVE Michaels policy of accepting competitor coupons. I definitely go more often for that reason.

I needed large tubes of oil paints. They have them, along with brushes, canvases, etc. However, the front associate wasnt able to help me find them, and no one else was available to help me find them. So, five stars for product availability, but take off 1 star for the lack of associate availability.

Michaels as a company has improved a lot in the past year or two. Theyre no longer stingy with coupons, and the staff at this location are really helpful and friendly.The selection is much improved too. Lots of modern, wonderful elements that rotate quite a bit, and are of much better quality than they used to be (especially in the bread and scrapping sections!).Shop with coupons (just Google them while youre there) and the prices are very reasonable.

I come here all the time to buy pumpkin and pumpkin related merchandise. I like how they put out stuff for the next season 4 months early. Gives me the confidence to listen to Christmas music in September. LOL! They ALWAYS have coupons online so its never full price. Very nice.

This store is great pre-covid besides always seeming a bit understaffed. Stay away from home delivery. Save yourself the hassle and money. I’ve placed two orders and needed the supplies ASAP for my business so I payed the hefty fee for same day delivery. More than half my order was missing and the moss I ordered looked nothing like the picture and was completely brown. Second order never came and I had to contact them and be placed on hold forever. Oh and no returns until aug 14th now. Which I get but it’s frustrating to get subpar product and not be allowed to get a refund for the terrible looking product & delivery experience. Stick with curbside if you want to avoid going inside right now.

This staff here are always so helpful and friendly, and go out of their way to make sure I find what I need. Specifically, the framing department has been wonderful to work with. David is very accommodating and patient, and is able to produce quality work with a fast turn-around time. I would highly recommend Michaels for your craft and framing needs.

Hard to find stuff but when you find it its good quality

Michaels carriers lots of great crafts that some other craft stores do not. Lots of friendly faces to see around the store! The layout on this store is slightly confusing compared to others I have been in. But nothing that makes shopping hard. Very clean and organized, which made shopping less of a hassle.

Decent selection of high end crafting supplies. Don’t try n tell me a plano mini tackle box is a craft supply though and charge triple.

I bought a thing online. 4 of them. 2 werent in stock somehow but the system automatically refunded me so that was nice. And my items were ready to go when I got there.

I wish this place were more disability friendly. One small wheelchair doesnt cut it, especially when even Walmart has scooters. Michaels doed have a lot of wonderful craft items and specialty items that other sites dont have and they wont judge you about your reproductive choices.

Who doesnt like Michaels? Especially at this location. Ive been there several times and all the cashiers and framing area were super nice and pretty efficient. Definitely keep coming back to the store!

What is not to like about a Michaels store? I went shopping for Christmas gifts for three grandchildren, ranging in age from 6 - 13. There was enough variety that I was able to find something special for each of them. What impressed me, and will make me go back, is that without asking the clerk pulled out a coupon that helped me save money.

Always a fun place to visit, but they are in the midst of changing over to Christmas today. They are a good source of art supplies.

If you need yarn this is a great choice. Expect to find things yourself and to wait in line. Be sure to check the UPC code in the aisle. Not everything is entered correctly and you dont get the sale you saw

Stopped by to pick up a card that I had framed. It looked great and I was waited on quickly. The framer that originally worked with me was very helpful in helping me find colors I was looking for.

At Michaels I feel that I am the artist. Amazing what you can do with wood glue, wooden sticks and glitter? I just love that it has everything for a wanna be crafter.

They have just about anything you could ever need but if you need help finding something, good luck. I can walk around the store for an hour without seeing someone working who can help me.

Like the West side store better than the East side store. Can always find what I need.

There is a lot here and prices are competitive, but the store is maybe a bit too packed with arts and crafts items, and finding an employee to help is very difficult. (If you do manage to catch one, they are friendly, but often seem overwhelmed.)

I went in to buy a beginning craft kit for my daughters however the chaos of the site coupled with the lack of available sale associates made my search frustrating and eventually fruitless. I have successfully purchased paint supplies from them before so I gave them 3 stars.

This Michaels location is clean, organized and fully stocked with anything one could expect or hope to find at Michaels. The employees are my only complaint. Sometimes they are not nice and seem to rudely try to get out of helping you or ringing you up.
