I needed to exchange some scents that I recently purchased online. Every salesperson on the floor was smiling and extremely helpful. It was a very positive shopping experience.

The staff was very patient with my children. Treated them with dignity and respect instead of derision. So important to help them learn how to be respectful when they feel included. Thank you so much!

My housemate brought me here. I dont shop here but I was really impressed with the hand washing sink at which you may lather your hands with one of nearly 100 soaps. The whole store looks and smells like a candy palace, and lots of stinky things to sample. Theres a whole wall of candles. I really liked the neon frosted glass collection. My housemate bought the yellow one to add to her collection and it is very pretty, lighting up when you burn it.

I gave up fragrances years ago but got sucked back in! Waikiki Beach and Belize are perfect for summer loving!

Great location, staff are very friendly, they have a lot of different products, and a lot of hand sanitizer! Staff do a great job at remembering Customers, and serve them well. The prices are very reasonable, but could be little cheaper. But otherwise a great place to get lotions, shampoos, colognes, perfume, candles. Great experience!

This is a nice, bright, clean location with a good selection of products despite its smaller size. I appreciate that they allow you to exchange scents that you dont like or change your mind on. The only negative comment I have for this location is the parking can require a short walk if the few spots in the front are taken.

Just recently shopped at this location, and I’m disappointed that the workers don’t greet you when you come in or even acknowledge you.. well depending on who’s working. It’s an important part of customer service to acknowledge the customer instead of ignoring them. It wasn’t busy, there was maybe one person in the store. I really liked this location, but now I doubt I’ll be shopping here. I spend $$$ but you won’t be getting my business anymore.

8/5 was greeted and checked out by a horrible woman. Her idea of customer service is to not only stand and argue but had to get the last word in which I could hear her still her trying to get the last word in as I walked out the front door. Try other store stores where customer service is much better.

I choose this stuff over the others in town because they always have friendly, helpful staff and arent overwhelmed with customers. Not today. Of the three who helped me, two were very helpful and friendly. One wasnt. I asked about a holiday scented lotion, nope, we dont have that. I asked about a winter scent hanh soap, as the test bottle was on the display. HGav me a short no, took the bottle and put it in a drawer, then walked away. Umm, thanks for your help??Time to check out. I gave a coupon from my phone. She was snotty when she said it was an online only coupon. I asked if there were any coupons online available to use. She said there was. While I looked it up, the other girl finished ringing up my order. When I showed her the spend $10 get something free coupon, she took my phone to scan it. As I started to ask what the cap on the cost of the free item was, the first one interrupted me and said, Shell look in your bag for an item. I again started to ask what the cap was for the free item. And AGAIN I was interrupted by the first one, telling me that the girl helping me was new and I should be patient. Patient!? Maybe if she would have let me finish my question!! The girl at the register said I had a $4 hand cream she could use the coupon on. Uh, no. What is the limit? $14. So why would i use that on a $4 item!??The girl that was snippy had been so most of my visit, with no reason. If my asking questions was bothering her, she shouldnt be in customer service. Will think twice about coming here again.
