Very helpful, good advice for those who need some guidance. They had a very good selection of mattresses. And they were up front about what was in stock and what would be delayed because of covid, etc. Im very happy I went here to buy my mattress.

I just bought a mattress from JC. Firstly amazing service. This was my first mattress purchase and he patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions and then some. I feel like I walked away with a pretty good deal and I know 2000 percent more about mattresses then I did walking in. An additional thank you for staying after store hours to help me out.

Dave in Middleton was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It’s hard to find good employees these days. He was pleasant to deal with and Didn’t pressure me to buy. Had many mattresses to choose from. He listened to what I was interested in and only showed me them. Did not try to upsell me either. This is the 2nd time I have bought from this store and will do so in the future if needed.

The manager (didnt catch his name) rushed us around the store. The whole experience felt like he was trying to get us to buy quickly, and get us out the door. He talked so fast, and he didnt clearly answer our questions about price, delivery, and the Labor day sale. It felt like he was annoyed showing us different things, and we were the only ones in the store. It was a very dissapointing experience. I dont know if we will be back.

Elizabeth was wonderful. She spent close to an hour answering my questions ( I had to buy a bed for my mother by phone) she never rushed me, never made it seem like the call was wasting her time. She was friendly and considerate and extremely helpful. The prices are much cheaper for the same mattress at any other store. I made a purchase and will be making another in a few weeks.

Edit: Nate resolved the issue and adjusted the price of the new mattress I swapped to so that it matched the sale price from Memorial Day weekend and removed the additional fee to match what we had been told. Adjusted to 3 stars since ultimately the outcome was satisfactory, but Im unimpressed that it took complaining to get what I should have from the start.Original review:The 120 night sleep trial is a lie. Youll be told if you want to swap the mattress youll only be charged the price difference to get the new mattress and that the $99 restocking fee will be waived for the first swap. Except if you bought on a holiday sale like I did on Memorial Day, now youll get charged the difference for the new mattress without the holiday sale discount so they can ding you for a couple hundred more. Also there will be a different $99 fee that cant be waived, but hey theyre waiving the first $99 fee so be happy for that. The mattresses themselves are fine, but their service and customer experience are seriously lacking. Id suggest finding a different store to get the same mattress from. Id give 0 stars if Google allowed it.

This was a horrible experience. The service here was not good at all . I was sold a mattress that was not to the liking of my pregnant fiancé. I was told I could abke exchange the mattress within the first 120 days. I tried to return and exchange the mattress with no damage still in brand new condition. But when I got to the point of exchange I felt really discriminated. My money was good to buy the product but for some reason the experts found it a very difficult to refund me my money. Let alone I just brought the bed 2 weeks prior. I could not return the box. So they fou d a way to keep some money in the company. Its fine I WILL NEVER PRUCHASE from these people again. I got hung up on, yelled at, and was told to the leave the store with out the money I just gave expert.

Great customer service and allowed us to take our time to find the perfect bed when we were there. Look forward to having it delivered and in our home.

Nate had been recommended to me by my sister who recently found the perfect mattress with his help. He was enthusiastic, helpful and listened to what I was looking for. He helped me figure out exactly what was right for me while still keeping it within my budget and being very upfront when things were not in my budget. Thank you Nate!

On 8/14/21 I purchased a mattress from Caleb Peters at the Middleton Store. I was told the mattress would be delivered on 8/22/21. I received a confirmation message indicating it would be delivered on 8/22/21 and would receive a call on that day with time frame for delivery. Well low and behold no call. On 8/22/21 I called and talked with Middleton manager and was told there was no delivery scheduled. On 8/23/21 I again made contact with Middleton manager and eventually Caleb called me. Caleb told me that he called the warehouse and confirmed there was a mattress in stock and he confirmed this with FaceTime with someone at the warehouse. I was then told I had two options for delivery of 8/26 or 8/29 and Caleb would waive the diamond delivery cost to better fit our timeframe. I elected to have the mattress delivered on 8/29 and was told it would be between 4-6p.m. I could see the order had been updated online to a 8/29 delivery date. Well low and behold come 8/29 and no message or call. I should mention that when I checked the status update it showed my delivery services was now silver and not diamond like Caleb had told me. At 12:30 on 8/29 I called the Middleton store to confirm delivery. I talked with Dave the manager who after calling him back (no call back) 1.5 hrs later he told me he did not see a delivery scheduled and told me to call his boss Nate at the Madison Beltline store. Upon calling this store Caleb answered the phone. Caleb could not answer my question about why my mattress was not their so I requested to talk to his boss Nate. I was put on hold numerous times each time being hung up on with the excuse that the system purges calls to let other through. Eventually Nate did return my call. Nate told me he called the warehouse and that mattress was not there and that if there was a mattress in stock it would not have been sold to someone else. Ultimately I was told I could wait until possibly the 9/6 and hopefully I could get a mattress by then. Nate was very helpful with offering an upgraded mattress (that I never laid on) to keep me as a customer but knowing the run around I got just to not get a mattress I’m sure it would have been worse to exchange it. I understand with COVID the difficulty manufacturers have getting materials but if I was given a date multiple times for delivery and nothing happens there is a direct fault with the store personnel.

David was as nice as could be! He helped me select the perfect mattress for my needs. I highly recommend Mattress Firm.Update: I moved out of state and couldnt take my mattress with me. David ordered the same one from the new states facility and had it shipped to me at a discounted price. What a nice gesture. You cant go wrong with Mattress Firm!

The store manager walked me through all the options - bases, firmness levels, standard spring, tempurpedic, hybrid - he made sure I was not only choosing something that made me feel comfortable, but he saved me some money too. Great salesman, no hard sell tactics, very professional and personable! Bottom line, I was going to buy a mattress today regardless and was willing to spend up to $5,000. My boyfriend and I went in looking for a new mattress and a man named Dan welcomed us very warmly. We were not entirely sure what we were looking for as this is the first mattress weve ever gotten together. Dan took the time to ask us questions to help match us with a mattress that was right for us. He was very knowledgeable of the different types of mattresses and very forthcoming about prices. It was clear he was not there to just sell us the most expensive or fanciest mattress in the joint. He really cared about helping us find the right mattress for our unique needs, desires, and most importantly, budget. When we asked about extras such as frames and box springs, Dan was happy to show us and/or talk about the benefits (and downfalls) of what we were interested in, without being pushy or aggressive to buy. When it came down to making a decision, Dan was very polite and understanding and allowed us to talk privately several times while he waited patiently by his computer. After spending about an hour in the store, my boyfriend and I were able to make a decision together that left us feeling very confident and comfortable. We could not have had a better experience, and I would personally recommend this store for any of your mattress needs.
