Great experience! I purchased my first real road bike and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had the bike transferred from their Dallas location and The staff was awesome! I worked predominately with Richard and he was excellent. The whole staff is Friendly, knowledgeable, and showed great patience with me. I spent quite a bit of time there picking up and getting fitted with my bike. Richard and staff answered all of my questions and I left knowing I will always check with playTri in Middleton first, before I buy anything bike related. I would highly recommend checking with them first for all of your bike needs!

I’ve worked with Todd every time prior to my most recent visit and had wonderful customer experiences. The most recent time I waited for a good 15mins while staff members talked and asked if I could wait while they continued to stand there, ok? Then the young college student who came to help me had no tips on how to alter my running to help my foot placement. Had no extra knowledge of the difference in shoes & the benefits. Overall flat affect. Just not an experience i’d like to have again or recommend others going for.

When I decided on a bike they had to order it and said it would take five days to get in. It was there in three and I was riding it on Saturday. Weve had four members of our family come in for analysis and there has never been any pressure to buy a particular shoe or even buy a shoe from their store. The results of their guidance and experience have always put us in the right shoe. They even did all the work to get the right pair of shoes ordered and shipped to our daughter attending college in Maine. And the Tuesday Night Run groups are always a fun and social way to get out on the road. Hats off to Justin and his team at the Middleton store for all they have done for us. Were hooked on E-House!

This is a great place to buy running shoes. They analyze your running by video taping you on a treadmill and then selecting the correct shoe for you. All of the employees are runners and are highly trained. I would highly recommend this store.

Helpful and NOT over priced. I shopped around and sure I paid a little and I do mean a little $3 more for my first pair of quality running shoes. The service was outstanding and I got an education. Great service, great shoes and an education for 3 bucks more thats what I call value. Thanks for all you do Josh and Endurance House.

Justin was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to me to find a pair of shoe that works well for me. Ended up buying a pair that I wasn’t satisfied with after the first run... brought them back and he swapped them out with something new... no issues!

Up until today, Ive purchased shoes based on if they fit and I like how they look. It wasnt until recently that I heard that this store will record your stride, show you and explain whats going on, and pick out shoes that can correct if need be. I even got suggestions on hip strengthening exercises. Ive never learned so much from a shoe store, and the price wasnt any more than Ive spent on previous pairs of shoes. Super helpful staff

I went to your store today to purchase my first pair of running shoes. I truly had a wonderful experience. The sales associate explained everything that we would do for the fitting - talked me through the treadmill run and what was seen in my stride. No pressure on a type or price of shoe, just what would work for me. Same for sox and other things for the beginner runner. It was a great experience but sad to say the sales associate who helped me - it was her last day, but she was outstanding on all levels. I look forward to going back again.

Brutally awful USA Triathlon online order experience. No update on status of order for 11 days, so I emailed. Then was told the item wasnt in stock, and basically told it was my fault for ordering it when I did because of nationals. I was then partially refunded. They kept the shipping charge- for an item that never shipped, so I had to ask for that back. Twice. The first time- it was treated like a negotiation. Why was it ever kept in the first place? I dont think they ever would have notified me or refunded anything if I hadnt checked on the status in the first place. I went from happily thinking I could replace a lost item, to one of the weirdest and worst customer experiences Ive ever had.

Bike fitting by Craig was a great experience. He was knowledgeable and clearly cares for the riders experience and takes into account their current and future needs. Additionally, he noticed a minor height difference in my aerobars and they were kind enough to work through that problem and others discovered along the way. Honest and very helpful service. I would highly recommend fitting and bike service for any triatheletes in the Madison area. I will continue to go back for tri gear, fitting tweaks, and bike tuning. Could not have had a better experience and the ride after my fit was incredible. Night and day difference in the saddle. Cervelo P2.

I used to run a lot and worked for Finish Line in the past so I had a generally good base knowledge of running shoes but after I visited this store while I was in the area for business I will never see running shes the same way again. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They offered free running analysis for each person to find out which shoe would work better for an individual depending on how that persons heel strike and pronation was. They do this by recording a video of your feel while you run in a treadmill. Not only that but they also have you stand on a pressure pad to record your arches so if you have high arches they can get you the right shoe for that. The prices were a little higher (maybe $10) than online but I didnt mind paying a little more for the customer service I received because the internet cant provide you with the friendly and knowledgeable service I got from the staff at Endurance House. Five Stars!!!

Dr. Corinne Pernitz is a miracle worker. I had a knee injury from a marathon that I ran. It was suggested that I have surgery to repair the damage. A friend suggested that I see Dr. Pernitz as she is practices active release.Skeptical, sure but I liked this idea better than getting cut up to repair my knee.Dr. Pernitz worked with me over the course of 4 weekly visits and suggested some things to do at home between treatments. Impressively, just 5 weeks after the injury my knee is back at 100% The best news is that I didnt need surgery as suggested by my primary care provider.Im very impressed with the care, professionalism and attention to detail that I received and observed. Id suggest Dr. Pernitz to anyone interested in ART as a better alternative to surgery.
