From the demolition to the final installation, George kept us informed and we always knew who would be showing up, when and what they would be doing. George was very responsive and professional. George coordinated a large update project of our kitchen. He organized the carpenter, granite team, and tile installer. The entire project was amazingly completed in one day and the kitchen could have passed a white glove inspection. We have hired many professionals to complete work on our home. On my first visit George, the owner, offered to come to my house to measure the area to see what size island would fit, none of the other places I went to offered such personal service. I have to say that working with George and the crew at Boston Kitchens was the best experience my husband and I have ever had doing a renovation. George was right on top of every aspect of the job. Several weeks before the kitchen was to be started I had a problem with my old propane stove. I called George at 4:30 to see if it would be possible to have my new electric stove wired and installed in the old kitchen for the time being. The electrician was at my door at 8 the next morning. Unbelievable service. The kitchen renovation started on time and was done when expected. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and I have to say Jimmy is the best. What can I say about BKD.... This company, from start to finish, is probably the most professional contracting/design company I have ever worked with. From the moment I made contact with George, the owner and designer, I knew that this would be a great experience. My instincts were confirmed throughout the two months that our kitchen was designed and installed. If I said I wanted or needed something, George got the job done. And I cannot say enough about the builders, electricians and plumbers he has working for him. They came in and got my kitchen done meticulously and in great time. I have never seen finish work like they did. I am actually looking forward to working with George and his team again when we have our bathroom refinished. This was a great experience start to finish!

We were sent the wrong size cabinets, we had to wait 2 weeks for the correct size but when those finally came all 4 were cracked or busted. They wanted us to keep those, and that would be the only way we would get any compensation for all of this. No thank you, I dont want to hang broken cabinets on my wall. So we had 4 more sent and put us back another 2 weeks which then ran into 4th of july weekend and our carpenter having other jobs scheduled. So their double mess up has cost us a lot. Do they care? Not at all. They had my money and thats all they wanted.

George at BKD is absolutely fantastic!. From start to finish, he is on top of every detail. We had a large kitchen renovation planned, and another professional recommend BKD. What a blessing that was. George and his team guided us in all facets of the design and renovation. His materials are of excellent quality. The renovation included structural, electrical, plumbing, ducting, full demo, and all the associated sheet-rock, plastering, and painting. The renovation also included the dining and living rooms, bringing in the popular open concept design. The results are stunning, like something you would see in a designer magazine.The experience with George and the results from BKD were so terrific, that we decided to renovate the bathroom to match the upscale kitchen. George delivered as expected with an impressively gorgeous result. He took a bathroom with a relatively small footprint, and turned it into something you might see at a spa, including a custom tiled shower enclosure with high end glass doors, beautiful lighting, cabinets, and laundry features.George is not only a great contractor/designer, hes also a very nice person. He was always responsive, got back to us in a timely manner, honest and up-front on all details, respectful, and genuinely cared about us and our needs. I give George and BKD my highest recommendation!

I went to Boston Kitchens, for a kitchen I had to have the kitchen done by November 20th just in time for thanksgiving and it was done by the 12. George is fantastic he is very professional, efficient. My kitchen is stunning I have some more work to do in my house and I’ll defenitly go back to Boston kitchens to get the job done next is my bathroom !

The Owner/designer George is a crook. it took almost 5 months of work to finish a bathroom that was 5 x 10. he kept telling us he was getting good products but when the brought it in and stored it in my garage for months i became familiar with it and found its was just everyday stock you could get a Lowes or Depot. This was for my parents home so i would stop in to check it out and help them. This company was trying to take advantage of my elderly parents. He changed items on the invoice but wouldnt update the pricing for the cheaper item. the tile guys had to come back 3 times to fix errors. when the installed the bath fan they vented it threw the roof, and when i asked about capping the pipe so that water wouldnt come down from the rain george said, dont worry rain wont go down the pipe. of course it rained and water dripped out of the fan/light. he came the next day to install a cap and instead of bringing one of his workers he told my younger brother to go on the roof and push it on. of course my brother flipped and george had to go on the roof in his suit and do it himself. its almost a year later now and there is still things they were supposed to fix but did not. just imagine 5 months for a 5x10 bathroom, i can only imagine what a kitchen takes. Oh and he is STUPID expensive.
