Tom, the manager gets a AA+. Helped me find a battery for a rare Honda (after a total runaround by a local battery store). As well was just there and he helped me put a battery in a 20 plus year old Audi. Car has never started better. Knowledgeable and pleasant service is a rare commodity these days. I will be back.

First of all you cant go wrong with Interstate batteries, I have one on my tractor that is 8 years old and I rarely use this tractor and it hasnt failed yet. But the main reason for the 5 stars is the customer service, you cant go wrong getting your batteries here.

Interstate Batteries have always rated high on Consumer Reports. I still remember the Interstate Battery warranty information from the Paul Harvey radio show. So being a person who wants great reliability I purchase Interstate batteries. So when it came time to replace my factory installed battery I went to the Interstate Battery location in Middleton Wisconsin. I received great service & was in and out in 20 minutes.

The old guy in this store is ignorant on battery. When I went to check the battery since my car didnt start and also kept drained electricity after jump, he just checked electrolytes and said it was not by battery problem. However, after that, my mechanic found this was battery problem.

Went there today and knew it would be busy with the weather we were having, but got right in and out no hassle great price too.
