I made an appointment for my Tundra to have heated seats installed. I met with Ron on the floor and Jim who was the installer. From the time I arrived to the time I left, both were extremely polite and professional. The installation went smooth and I was back on the road within 90 minutes. Their level of Customer Service is second to none. I live more than 50 miles away but I can say the time spent to get to Auto Sound was well worth the ride for the way I was treated. More businesses should take lessons from Auto Sound on how to treat people!

I called to inquire about a relatively (very!) small job - getting bluetooth connection in my daughters 2007 Corolla. Ron suggested a new radio unit as a better, not particularly pricey, alternative. Within a minute or two, I had a quote and an appointment a few days out. The install was done right, and right on schedule. Like I said, a very small job, but A/S treated it like I suspect they treat medium and large jobs, which is to say, professionally.When we picked up the Corolla, Ron also took the time to check out the speakers in my own truck, gave me practical advice and didnt try to sell me on speakers I dont really need.

Wanted to upgrade the speakers in my 2017 Tacoma. Auto Sound had a good variety to choose from and the service was top notch. From the initial contact all the way through the install, everyone was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Just the upgrade in speakers and my system sounds 100% better. Their techs did a great job with the installation. Would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Walked in randomly one day on a recommendation from a friend and was warmly greeted immediately! Highly recommend Auto Sound in Middleton, MA! I am the proud owner of a beautiful 1987 Cadillac Brougham dElegance which is in pristine original condition. I had to have the OEM factory radio removed in order to send it out for repair and was a bit apprehensive about having my dash disassembled in order to remove it. Mike reassured me that the radio will be removed and installed (once repaired) without any issues. Mike and the guys at Auto Sound took very good care of my vintage Caddy!!

Incredibly pleased with the crew @ Auto Sound. I put feelers out on social media asking where to get a dash cam system installed. Almost everyone recommended them. I stopped in about a month after Christmas and Mike informed me that I would need to book an appointment as this is their busy time. I went back in a few days ago, made my appointment for today. I dropped off my vehicle at 9 AM and less than 3 hours later my 2 camera dash cam system was installed.Mike told me they moved my fast pass over to center the front camera. They also installed a new trim piece that I purchased for the rear window surround.In conclusion, very professional install, very satisfied customer !!!

These guys rule. They did an amazing job fixing the hacked up wiring in my 96 Volvo 855 and installed the factory radio for next to nothing, all under an hour. They saved me a lot of time and aggravation. Great customer service, kind folks, cool selection of radios too.

Went in had a problem with my stereo system needed to be all redone doors, radio, subs amps needed to be move the whole thing. Got a good price for the work to be done and was done in a couple daysbafyer drop off. Clean work as ever walked me through what was changed and any problems they addressed that werent talked about. Looks amazing 10/10 job. You can have it done cheap or you can have it done right. Theyre gonna be my go to guys from now on long as Im in the north east.

My auto-start remote died. I ordered one from Amazon and couldnt sync it. I took it to Auto Sound where the remote start had been installed. I seriously wasnt there for 5 minutes and they had syncd the Amazon remote and also syncd a new one so that I would have two. Then they didnt charge me! Im still in shock at the ease of getting an appointment and the speed at which my problem was fixed! Plus they were so nice on top of it all! All the thumbs up :)

I like this place a lot. Everyone is friendly and fairly good prices. Sometimes I wonder though why it is 300$ to install a car starter. I totally understand its hard work but that seems a bit steep. Either way I paid for it because you know we live in Massachusetts. They do however have a lot of audio equipment that is good prices. Installation is where they must make their money.

Bought a 2014 Tacoma regular cab a few weeks ago, and Auto Sound put in heated seats, remote start, and power door locks at a very competitive price. Everything in the truck is cosmetically sound after the installs, and all systems work great. Ron and his staff were a pleasure to deal with. Great dealership.

Just got an automatic starter put in my car. Dropped it off at 8am and they called me saying it was ready at 9:30. Dropping the car off took all of about three minutes and same for pick up. I can’t speak to having any issues yet but my brother got his starter put in here a year ago and has not had any problems. Great service and seemingly great quality.

I ordered a complete sound system for my Corvette from a guy in the Midwest who specializes in Corvette sound systems. These guys gladly handled the install and were extremely professional about it. Jerry, the tech in Middleton, knows his stuff. Ill be going back for more work from them. They are highly competent and professional.

You guys frikkin ROCK! My remote starting system stopped working do to a sloppy installation by a dealer in Mendon MA. I called Auto Sound and he told me to bring it down in 1 hour. I was there for no more then 10 minutes and it was fixed. A-1 service. The dealer wanted to keep the truck for the whole day. That was not going to happen. Didnt even charge me.$.00 Thank you Auto sound. A+++++++++

Called to set up an appointment to install my new subwoofer and was told they’re all booked up until March. 4 months and no appointments available. What a joke

Back in January I had them install 4 speakers, amp, and a box with a touch screen navi system they did a great job and it sounds amazing. A few weeks ago my car intermittently started draining battery and not starting. No one could figure it out. The fuses and electrical wiring and engine were all checked but nothing could be identified as the issue, the only cause would of been the remote starter that was installed by best buy and whatever they had done caused this issue. I went to Autosound to have it replaced completely. Not only were the staff very knowledge and nice they spoke to me and kept me updated on what was going on. After hassling best buy and my mechanic they were the only place that did not turn me away when I needed help even though it was not their own issue or fault. Unfortunately the manuel locks are still not unlocking but after they removed the complete remote starter the car at least starts now and runs now off to try to finish this issue. Will definitely be back to have them install a new starter when this issue is taken care of. Thanks to the staff at the Middleton Branch.

This is the last time I will ever use Auto Sound. After bringing my car in twice, they were not able to resolve a wiring problem that was clearly illustrated on instructions left for them by the shipper. The associate I spoke with blamed it on faulty equipment. Now I am missing parts for my old stereo and left with a bill that is $50 more than what I was originally quoted. $200 for a half working stereo?! If I wanted a stereo installed wrong I could have done that myself. The associates are rude,incompetent and arrogant. what a waste.

My family has literally had 26 cars worked on at this location. From remote start, to navigation, to video for the kids. Not only do they stand behind their products but they are very knowledgeable. One of the remote start we had installed close to 10 years ago had a remote go bad. I went down expecting to have to pay for a new remote but the guy behind the counter asked for my old remote, went out to the car, came back with a brand new remote and told me I was all set! 10 years later! they still covered it under warranty! you dont see that kind of service with many companies these days!
