Would love to be able to rate this place for its furniture, but nothing has prices. Went in three times for an item and the person working told us they dont know the prices and the owner would contact us. They took our number down on a post it, which Im assuming was just for ceremony since we heard nothing back in over two weeks. We eventually decided to stop going in to try.Needless to say, i have to rank it low for ignoring potential customers, repeatedly. Im sorry for the people trying to consign items there given the attention (or lack thereof) to making a sale.

I was in the store, aggravated. I was looking for a check for my sold merchandise….it was promised to be mailed by Julie since August. I made several trips a long way to the store to find it closed during business hours. I had several unreturned phone calIs. Yes! I was angry!! I spoke with an associate who was manning the store alone. I apologized because she was not the cause of my frustration. The cause was Julie, the manager. The store has gone downhill since Stacy left, it is totally unorganized and distasteful. The associate then later told her boss, Julie, that I called her names. I do not accept false accusations and I am not above suing for defamation of character. This has to be stopped where people accuse with unsubstantiated attacks and the innocent have to live with the consequences. Luckily, I have no severe consequences other than my anger at this false accusation, or this young lady would be in court. I am taking the time to write this because this is the slippery slope where our country is going, people get away with making false accusations that are not proven in court but the damage to lives has been done. I do not take this lightly.

When I asked my friend if she’s ever been here during her 7 YEARS here, she said each time she’s tried, the shop wasn’t opened - or it was supposed to be but no one was there. This was our experience together today. A piece of paper read “will be open at 1 today”. It was 2pm at that time and the door was locked. No answer when we called twice. And another woman pulled up in the parking lot and said “again? The sign says open!” So clearly there is a pattern here. Very unprofessional.

This place has not improved. All other consignment stores put price tags on their pieces as they are placed on the floor. It is a ridiculous waste of time and effort to place a piece on the floor with an identifying tag but no price. And then to be told, oh we’ll call you back. But they never do. Despite calling back 3 times!! Oi!!!!

Highly suggest checking this place out. They have some really good pieces.
