73 year old widow here.I ordered and paid for a countertop. the installers were 4 hours late to show up. They wouldn’t respond to calls. They damaged my appliances,gouged my kitchen floors by dragging the stove. Replaced the stove without leveling the legs so that it’s uneven with the countertop. My dishwasher wiggles when I touch it. One section of the backsplash isn’t grouted to the wall.Francisco Portillo owns both Worcester Stone and Granite and Bath and Company at the Liberty Tree Mall. That fact was withheld from me as I was tossed back and forth between the two.Francisco’s son Lucas, came into my home and then tried to threaten me. He lied that spackle was the same as grout when dried.Francisco and an installer apologized for the damages but he refuses to compensate for damages.I’m now forced to take him to small claims court.
Got counter tops from Worcester Marble & Granite in two different occasions, once for kitchen counter and another for bathroom vanity top. They have great selection and prices are very competitive. Service is great from selection, measuring to installation. Definitely will recommend this place for any counter top project.
Im own Eddie Macs Home Improvement out of Danvers and have been using Worcester Marble for over 10 years because of their quality of work and service. Turn around time is great and if there is a problem its resolved quickly. I highly recommend Francesco and his team.

Workmanship is great. However the office is the worst I ever dealt with. No communication, Quoting wrong prices, Rude. His daughter runs the office and that is going to be his downfall. I was a repeat customer and will NEVER use them again! Buyer Beware
