I recently inherited my Grandmothers wedding ring. Its a small ring with 3 very small diamonds. Absolutely priceless to me. I brought my ring into Middleton Jewelers to have it inspected. They treat you like family as soon as you walk in the door. It needed all of the prongs re-tiped, the silver replated and diamonds cleaned. Its absolutely gorgeous!! He suggested that they incorporate her fathers ring into the engagement ring and her mothers ring into the wedding ring and solder them back together. I have a tantalum wedding ring that I purchased elsewhere a couple years ago. With the pandemic delaying the ceremony, it didnt fit anymore and needed to be sized up between 1/4 and 1/2 a size. We called around to a number of jewelers in the area and either they didnt respond or flatly said they couldnt resize tantalum without shattering it.Middleton Jewelers was the only store who told us to bring it and so they could take a look at what was possible. And while they were careful to say that they couldnt guarantee anything their master jeweler Logan was confident enough to give it a try.And the results were amazing, in about 15 minutes he managed to size the ring up about 1/2 a band size without marring the finish whatsoever. Absolutely stunning work by Logan, I had to ask him to come out from the back so I could thank him in person. He said that since tantalum has hit the market and become so popular he and the store have been experimenting with what they can do to resize or alter these rings, despite the conventional wisdom that you just cant change them.Top notch customer service, truly saved my finger from being constricted!

My first visit to Middleton Jewelers was to buy a battery for my heirloom watch. Since the watchsmith was on lunch, I dropped off the watch to have the battery replaced. The best and quickest service I’ve ever had! I needed a stone reset after falling off my wedding band at work. I called around to different places which couldn’t even give me an estimated price range and said up to two weeks wait time. I decided on Middleton Jewelers because they were able to give me a rough estimate and a time frame. When I went into the the store I was greeted and assisted right away. Plus, my actual cost was lower than the estimate. I received a text within an hour saying my ring was done!!!! I was expecting up to one week. Very friendly, affordable, and quick service. The goldsmith did a phenomenal job resizing my partners ring for our wedding. It belonged to my grandfather and he was able to match the wear on the pattern of the ring perfectly. Its impossible to tell where it was sized up! Could not be happier.

I am new to the Middleton area and found an ad for Middleton Jewelers in a mail flyer. One of the pins in the band of my favorite watch broke. Upon walking in, I was greeted by both Josh and Manny. They were able to replace the pin and also offered to change the battery. The entire process took approximately 5 minutes and when I went to pay my bill, I was told that the services were complimentary as I was new to the neighborhood. How awesome was that - I will be definitely be returning for other services and recommend them 100%.

By far the best jeweler around! The team at Middleton Jewelers did an outstanding job helping me make my engagement ring vision come to life. They answered all my questions and were very patient with me throughout the whole process. One of my favorite parts was coming in to select the center stone. They let me choose between 3 diamonds within a range of my requested 4 Cs, and even compared the fluorescence of each diamond under a black-light. Also, I knew I was getting a quality stone because they made sure to include the GIA report - confirming the authenticity of the diamond. I had my wedding ring repaired at Middleton Jewelers a few months ago and they reset the diamond better than new. I was so pleased, I went back to purchase my mother-in-laws Christmas gift. We try to get her something special every year from our kiddos since Grandpa (my father-in-law) passed. They were so helpful. As soon as my kids told them her favorite color, they had us set up and making a custom set of earnings for her. After some recent hand surgery, my wedding ring of 41 years needed to be resized. I had never worked with Middleton Jewelers before, but chose them based on positive reviews. I was not disappointed. I was very confident in the simple process and the ring was ready sooner than promised. (In only one day). The ring was a perfect fit and the required re-engraving on the inside was perfect too.

Went above and beyond.I started the process of shopping for an engagement ring in January of 2020. Manny and his associate spent over an hour teaching me about engagement rings, the different qualities of diamonds, and styles available. Not once were they pushy or aggressive like you would expect a salesperson to be. They even gave me homework to do to help me find out exactly what type of ring would get her to say “yes!”During the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic our plans went out the window, and the proposal was postponed while I had plenty of time to research at home. I cant say enough about the wonderful people at Middleton Jewelers! I had ordered a fairly inexpensive crystal statement necklace from Dillards to wear for my sons wedding. It was perfect for my dress, but a little too long for the neckline. Searched online for jewelry repair to see about getting it shortened. Other jewelers I checked with either said it couldnt be done or wanted to charge an arm and a leg. I was so disappointed. But when I sent photos to Josh at MJ and discussed on the phone, I got a really good feeling from him that it might be possible. Stopped there today and Logan, their master goldsmith, was able to make the adjustments on the spot and easily. While waiting, I got to look at all of the beautiful custom jewelry there! Logan does some amazing work! I have a necklace and earrings that Ive always wanted a new setting for, and I will absolutely be taking it to Middleton Jewelers! Excellent customer service! We were looking to get my step daughter’s not-so-expensive, but sentimental necklace repaired. We stopped at a nearby jewelry store and were, rather rudely we felt, told that it couldn’t be repaired because it was simply too cheap. We brought it to Middleton Jewelers instead and they took on the job of putting it back together no questions asked. They were very friendly and we were very happy with their service.

I said they were intended as an anniversary present for me and would love to have them in a few days. They said they would do their best, but couldn’t promise me. To my great surprise I received a call that I could pick them up three days later! I absolutely love them! More beautiful than I imagined! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!

Middleton Jewelers is awesome to work with. They helped my fiancée and I custom design my engagement ring. It turned out amazing! Went back today to pick out our wedding bands, and again excellent service and left more than happy! Josh and Manny are both great to work with as well as everyone there. Would recommend them to all my family and friends for sure.

I went into Middleton Jewelers to have a few rings sized and a diamond re-mounted. There wasn’t anything in the store I loved, so they custom made my new mounting. To ensure my happiness they sent me CAD drawings of the mounting and printed a wax replica to show me before they made the real ring. It came out absolutely stunning! I did need to have the rings re-sized (they were a bit too snug) and they did it that day so I could have my rings! Everyone there is absolutely amazing! I’ll be back!

Beautiful job on my ring. Came in to have my wedding ring re-sized and while going over my diamond they pointed out the wear to the setting. So happy they did as I would have hated to lose a stone. It is in great shape now and looks like new. Good idea to have things checked every twenty years or so I guess!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Middleton Jewelers to discuss a ring I had. While I was waiting, I noticed how differently Manny and Josh conduct their business, compared to other, bigger jewelers. They didnt try to sell. They didnt pressure. What I noticed was how they treated their customers with caring and respect. It was a genuine caring. It was very apparent, they wanted the best for their customer and completely love what they do. There was an excitement, never rushing, and as busy as they were, made the customer they were working with the most important person in the room. When I had the opportunity to meet with them, I felt the same. Theres a certain level of trust with this jeweler and thats important. And customers feel comfortable, like they are friends and will be taken care of. Ill let the quality of the jewelry speak for itself. Thanks for the great experience!

I had a amazing experience purchasing my engagement ring! I was welcomed warmly and was guided through the process gracefully. After choosing the ring I wanted I was also sent away with a gift that I later used during my proposal, and than later another gift! I would recommend this place to my friends and family!

Brought some pieces in for repair. Love how they turned out. Very friendly people and accommodated my budget easily. Also brought a ring in for cleaning, looks awesome now. Definitely check this place out.

I needed a repair done and they did a great job! Despite this not being a high dollar item I felt I was treat with the same customer service as if I was making a big ticket item. I will definitely be keeping Middleton Jewelers in mind next time in the market for jewelry.

I called to find out the price of a simple solder on a 14k gold chain. I was told by Steph, in consultation with the goldsmith, that it would cost $39.00. Obviously, I did not drive right over, but called elsewhere instead. I received two more estimates, one at $20.00 and one at $25.00. Full disclosure: I have a certificate from the Gemology Institute of America. I know a little something about the jewelry business.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly, but not pushy in the slightest. I went in for some ring repair and Shay, their technician, was fantastic. Not only did she do a great job with my ring with an incredibly fast turn around, she also took the time to explain repairs and other things for the future. I definitely will continue to go here for my jewellery needs.

Logan repaired my invisible setting diamond ring which turned out so beautiful and looks like its brand new! Since there are so few Jewelers in the United States who work in this setting, I was so fortunate to find Middleton! Thank you so much Logan and Manny!
