I drove to the store at 4 pm. There was a sign on the door that the counter closed at 3 PM. Sign said you could call and have someone bring out the product, but no phone number listed to call. Called 800 number but it was corporate office. Ended up driving to Menards to get product. At least they were open and accommodating.

Great customer service, the staff is very knowledgeable and they keep a vast inventory. If they don’t have hard to find parts they transfer from another branch very quickly.
