I have been going to Beltone for years. My experience has always been pleasant. They are always on time. Listen and attentive and considerate of my needs. I wont go anywhere else. Besides that the staff is friendly and pleasant. Facilities are always clean.

Unfortunately I have not had good relations with Belton hearing aids or Belton company. I purchased hearing aids for five thousand dollars. I took the hearing aid test and they fitted me with behind the ear hearing aids, after many adjustments they could not make them work so they fitted me with ear buds and I wore them for almost three years and I could not hear. I was getting adjustments all this time and they kept telling me to stick with and they would make them work which they never did. Then they came up with hearing aid that they said had all kinds of apps things that they could use to make them work. Well they could not make them work the cost of these was forty seven hundred dollars. Then they came up with a pair that cost nine thousand that was the state of the art and they had a promotion going on that I could get them for sixty four hundred and I could use the forty seven hundred towards them.Well guess what here i am three and a half to four years of aggravation and out more than ten thousand dollars and still cannot hear.I went to Cosco and got a pair for fourteen hundred dollars. They calibrated to my ears and I can hear fine after one visit. I took mine back to Beltone to get my money back and they would not take them back. Beware if you buy hearing aids from Beltone they have a thirty day return policy and it takes them more than thirty days to get them adjusted. I have one hundred and eighty days at Costco. I would leave zero stars of I could.

Chris and June make me feel very comfortable during my visits. The office has an atmosphere that makes you feel that you are a priority. They are very patient with their clients. My practitioner was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. He is very knowledgeable and adept at explaining the Beltone product. I am just going into my second week with my hearing aids and Chris is working with me every step of the way. He is taking all the fear and mystery away for me. Thanks to everyone at Beltone.

I have been a customer of Ron Umetta’s at Belltone in Middleton, MA for the past 2 months and he’s gone above and beyond since our first conversation.After explaining that my elderly god mother was terminally ill and that it was difficult for her to get to the Belltone location Ron offered to come out to her.He has since conducted multiple home visits after the initial hearing consultation to make adjustments.He’s been wonderful to work with and always returns my calls. Ron is extremely knowledgeable and kind. He is dedicated to his clients. He also went out of his way and created a silicone mold for the hearing aides so that they wouldn’t come out. Ron has improved my god mother’s overall quality of life as she can now hear much better.If you or a family member are suffering from hearing loss or are having hearing issues I strongly recommend contacting Ron Umetta at Belltone Hearing Aid Center.
