Very happy with advice and services. They seem quite busy (arent all the good ones?) but I left feeling that my satisfaction and confidence was their #1 goal while in the shop. Paul and Jake make a good team. This will be my go to store even though its a bit of a drive.

Do not use this bow shop unless you plan to buy new from them. I dropped my bow off for a serving and a new peep. After a 10 days I called was told my bow was next to be worked on.. After 4 weeks and no word I returned to find they hadnt touched the bow. I was told one week when I dropped it off. Was also looking to purchase a dozen custom built arrows. Which I was told theyd call to discuss within the week. Never received a call. Very disappointing. I will say they did have a decent selection of new bows and equipment. But after this experience I will never shop here.

Honestly they are the best archery shop in the entire Hudson valley. They are experts at their craft. They know everything about the sport of hunting, wildlife, and what you need to be successful. They have first class service and their customer care is The best The best!!They treat you like family from the moment you walk into the shop and that never changes. I am sure you will find no better experts anywhere else. I would definitely recommend.

Great group of guys. I am pretty clueless when it comes to bow hunting and they take the time no matter how busy to help out. Easily the best customer service out there and never take advantage of anyone.

Great group of guys my father knew them for a very long time. They hooked me up with a Hoyt Helix. They done lots of work on my familys bows and did great work. Ill never go to another archery shop.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! I had my bow in for more than 2 weeks for it not to get done... They are very unprofessional! I was told my bow would get done in 3-4 days! Please save your time and money and go to somebody that will be willing to do the work!

Good guys over at B&B. Very good service. They spend time with you and make sure the bow fits and your shooting it correctly. I live about an hour away them and I continue to go back.

Awesome bunch of guys, came in with my son and good friend for sizing, restringing and arrows. Made us feel welcome us being new shooters and learned a lot.

Poor service took week to get my bow together that they had on the shelf. After picking up my new traix the d loop slipped peep fell out. Would never use this bow shop again. took it to TRAVIS ARCHEY in woodbourne who fixed there screw ups and said I woulda walked out with my bow the same day and woulda gave me a free rest for buying the bow from them. Bow shop is to big for the service they provide.
