I love going in, and checking out the new bikes, and dreaming about buying myself a new ride. I feel blessed to have such a cool place, so close to home.

Lots of bikes in a expansive former store (think best buy) makes for an impressive indoor showroom. I was looking for one particular bike & didnt have time to browse, but the selection looked impressive. The salesman, Jim, was friendly & helped me understand what it would take to get the out of stock bike I wanted.

Was looking at a couple of different ATVS. Selection is still an issue. The staff was great all questions and concerns I had were answer. Still will continue to look around at other dealerships, before I purchase. No pressure to buy.

Decent selection of used bikes and gear. They have alot of room left over it would be a good place to get some new motorcycle dealers into like indian.

Very slow to update the website for current vehicle inventory. No reply to my email inquiry on a specific bike so i went down in person. Made two circuits of the showroom floor before anyone approached me asking if I needed help, despite being one of only 3 cars in the parking lot and those customers were all over in the apparel section.

Service is great, everyone there is nice and ready to help. Just purchased a new Ninja and it was a very smooth process. The have a large selection as well. Only down sides are, they seem to be a little under staffed and the hours are kind of strange. Overall a very good experience.

I came in work clothes and it was hard to get a salesperson then the finance guy called me the next day(approved) didnt listen to my question came back with an answer that I wasnt what i asked thats all that up with a customers check. But then the bike was sold its all good what meant to have it. 66 SS 396 Chevelle is getting a new motor now its going to be fast

I drove over an hour to be informed the website inventory is not maintained. Sales guy shrugged, couldnt have cared less. Great way to spend a chunk of your Saturday!

All around good guys. friendly customer service, greeting when you walk in the door. ive dealt with parts, service and sales. EVERY department did phenomenal work no doubt! everything is high class here they move fast and I would recommend them before anyone else. thats just my opinion though 👍

I called about my motorcycle being fixed, and the service department was not only very helpful but also polite. Ive called many places and I never received this type of quick and informative answers, as well as a welcoming attitude that sold me on using Middletown Cycle as my preferred business for all my motorcycle services! I tried to trade in my motorcycle with a new one. When I inquired online it was showing $3500 and I went to get new mc with mine trade in. For 45 minute noone helped me saying manager is busy and without even looking at my motorcycle they said trade in $3000. They also try to give me 2020 motorcycle with price of 2021. Even though there was no customer in showroom manager was super busy to take care of their one and only client.

I like the new location. People were friendly. Unlike most bike shops they are open on Mondays. Ultimately I didnt buy a side by side from them but thats only because they didnt have the one I was looking for in stock at the time. I would have bought from them if they had it.

Forrest was one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with. He was responsive and did everything he could to assist me in my purchase with Middletown Cycle. This included meeting up after normal business hours and providing all needed paper work in a timely manner. Couple that with his honesty and positive attitude, and he was GREAT! The sales manager Dave was also a pleasure to work with, and helped make my experience amazing. I have no doubt in my mind that I have found my go to motorcycle dealership. I went their looking at Cam Spiders hoping maybe to purchase one saw a few sat on a couple thought someone would come over to possibly find out my interest but no such thing happened I stayed about 15 mins without anyone showing concern not a good experience but saw some nice spiders wasnt to pleased with there attentiveness

Great job of selling. Unfortunately, once you drive off you are pretty much on your own if you need repair work. I have been waiting 4 weeks to have battery installed and today, once again I was told it will be several more weeks before I could bring it in.

Bought two Monkeys from sales associate Forrest. He greeted us at the door and patiently walked us through the whole process even though they were quite busy. Its guys like Forrest is the reason we will be back to Honda of Middletown. Be sure to ask for Forrest when you walk in if you want to be treated with fairness and respect. I will also mention that Forrest came in on his day off to deliver our bikes.

I would not buy anything from this place. Make sure to get your price in writing when negotiating. I could have bought another Mule from another dealer for 15900.00 they said they would match the price out the door. I was also supposed to get 500.00 worth of parts. After getting my down payment they forgot to mention they took my 500.00 credit for parts to get to that price then added document fees and surcharges. That is not $15,900.00 out the door. Should have bought from a honest dealer. If you have to travel a little farther it would be worth it. But if you decide to buy here take a jar of vaseline.

Sales staff was very helpful & friendly. However the bike had to have warranty work due to a front brake hose issue. The bike was in the shop for about 3 months.... When the bike was finished it was perfect. Three stars for the wait time.

I interviewed for a position at this shop and didn’t hear anything back. A respectable business would have at least notified all their candidates once a decision was made. Glad I don’t have to work here. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

I have tried contact them since Tuesday. Finally got ahold of someone by email and eventually phone and they said come on in were open till 7. So I drive to the address on the website and what is on google only to find an abandon building.. They moved but never mentioned it. Not in the email response when I requested pricing, not on their website, not when I talked to them on the phone.If its this hard to communicate with them and find them before you buy something, I can only imagine how terrible it is to work with them after the sale. I dont plan to find out.

Fantastic bike shop with a pretty sizeable inventory. Can also order bikes from partner dealerships for you. Bought a bike here and it was an excellent experience - staff is friendly and knowledgeable and does not push. Delivery went off without a hitch and the bike was in perfect condition. Will absolutely look here for future purchases and probably service visits too. Highly recommend.

Great dealership with great service. Took in our older quad and they warned us of a recall that we were unaware of. They got everything fixed back up properly and quickly. We were in a rush because of the holiday weekend. They finished on time and our quad ride great all weekend. They also have great prices apparel!

Called in for a small little nut amazing customer service on the phone. Then was told they had it and rushed up there to get it before they closed at 4pm. Next time my husband and I went to get a few things and the prices was reasonable and the service was great.

Will never come back here again. Brought motorcycle here to have stereo put on but was informed they are couple weeks backed up but if we drop off the bike might be able to squeeze in if a chance since should only take two hours to do. Bout a week and a half go by receive phone call saying stereo cant be put on can you stop by service department and we will explain why. They explain why they cant put on the speaker I bought (knew it was a bad speaker anyway) and so I go to parts department and buy a new one. Was informed it would take three days (two for shipping and one to put on. Two hour process). Five days go by with no phone call so I call and am told that when the bike turns on the speakers go straight to max volume. They contacted the manufacturer and am having a replacement sent. Alright thanks for contacting them but not me. Im told going to be same thing three days. Five days go by again I call am told same issue occurs (two week already). Third week I call and am told they dont know what the issue is with the speaker. I say If the speaker works I just want the bike back. I complain about it taking at least 20 days ( Aug 6 when I purchased speaker Aug 28 to pick up bike but dropped it off earlier but I wont count those days) and they never contacted me about any issue or informed me about why its taking so long I have to call. I said are they going to do anything about this awful service and Im told that if Im not happy about the service they can either take the speaker off or charge me double since they had to install two radios. This was just the nail in the coffin for me to never come back I will stick with going to Wilmingtons motorcycle shop.

The salesman was more interested in the girls working there than the sales of motorcycles. I was told the bike I was looking for wasnt in stock only to find out a week later it was. Needless to say I bought it from a different dealer. The two 🌟 s was for the two girls that had all the salesmans attention.

Bought a Ruckus from here, thought I had a great deal then found out it was seriously overpriced. Couldve driven 2 hrs to get one for almost $1,500 less than what I paid for here.

Went in to buy a kawaski ninja 400 yesterday. First awesome staff!!! They can answer any of your questions with confidence!! Dave and Will hooked me up with $1000 off!!! SO.... I ended up leaving with two bikes rather then just one, all on the same day they got me rollin. I would recommend this dealer for any of your moto needs! 👊✊

Called down for a part today and was blown away by the customer service. The receptionist was extremely kind and friendly, got me right over to parts department and CJ hooked me up. They had the part I needed in stock, got it shipped out to me immediately. They got me a great price on shipping and provided great customer service the entire time. Over all it was a great parts ordering experience!

Greeted at the door, but it seemed like their duty and not sincere. Good selection of off-road vehicles, and a number of cruisers, just a few sport bikes and standard street bikes. Older staff is probably knowledgeable, but not so friendly.

This place is legit fire. I came in expecting nothing and was blown away by the friendly and FAST service!!! I will be back for sure. I came in last minute because my bike tire was tore up. They were only going to be open for another hour. Yet in that hour they picked out the new tire, put it on and even taught me a few things in the process. It took about a half hour so 30 min less than predicted. They took the price for the job down because it didnt take as long as expected! Everyone was very up front and actually wanted to help. I must also add that there was not another bike shop from Cinci all the way to Sidney Ohio that could help me on such short notice. I was very pleased. Thanks and I will be recommending you all to everyone I can!

Took my tire in to have serviced and the workers at the service counter were very rude I use this store a lot because it is the closest but I’m tired of them being rude and overpriced also they take so long on the simplest of tasks. They have a very big problem with telling you they will have something done in a timely manner but every time you walk in they’re sitting around doing nothing productive a tire should not take 3 days to change especially being off the bike.

Bought a 1974 Suzuki TC185 and have been restoring it this Fall/Winter. Needless to say I have needed to procure alot of parts. Being new to motorcycles(work in auto parts) I was surprised at how much I was able to get through MC. I was able to look at the microfiche online and pick out what I needed. I ordered the parts and picked them up with no shipping costs. CJ has been great about notifying me of orders coming in. Very happy with the service and would recommend.

LOVE this place and everyone that works there. Seriously so much help throughout the years working with them. They almost always have what I need in stock, and if they dont, they get it ordered for me ASAP which is awesome.

Great place to deal with! Covey made the buying process super simple. They gave me what I was asking for my trade-ins and a fair price on the unit I was buying. I highly recommended them and will deal with them again for sure.

Visited a couple of times to look at and eventually purchase my first motorcycle. The salesman, Covey, showed me some bikes I wanted to look at and worked with me on the sale. I ended up with what I felt was a reasonable price but I probably could have tried to negotiate more aggressively. They delivered the bike to my home so I could get used to it in a familiar environment. Overall it was probably the most efficient, straight-forward vehicle purchase Ive ever made.

Called for a rear tire on my Kawasaki Vulcan 2000. First I called the parts department to order the tire and then the service department to schedule a time. The tire was going to take two days to come in (not bad). When I talked to the service department they said, if I took the tire off the bike and brought it in, then it would take 24 hours. If I wanted to drop off the bike it would take three days. Three days for a tire! Most shops I can wait there and its done within two hours. When I asked them what if I was traveling through the area and needed a tire, could you put it on while I waited? They answered no that they are just to busy. I called the parts department and canceled the tire order. Then I called Vista Kawasaki in Kettering and had the tire on the same day it arrived without an appointment. If a service department is so backed up dont you think they would hire more techs? Just an amateur operation and not worth the headaches.

Bought a left over Suzuki for my wife. Thanks everyone. Great deal, quick and easy, everyone helped with all our questions. We’ll be back again.

Really disappointed by the customer service in this shop. Spoke with someone on the phone at the shop, who had returned my inquiry / email - which I appreciated. I knew the exact bike I was interested in. Was told it was probably in the warehouse, NOT on the floor. Asked for the out the door price for the stock bike. Was told I needed to come in and talk with him to get that information. No, I shouldnt need to do that. Just tell me the price of the bike out the door. Was told he didnt know / couldnt tell me. Was told I would just take the price to someone else and get it for 100 dollars less. Was told if I bought it elsewhere I would pay too much. But wait, if I buy it elsewhere, I will be paying too much? Huh? If youre confident in your price, just share it. (Also,theres nothing wrong with price shopping!) But of course, this person couldnt say, Heres the price... This went back and forth until I finally had to hang up. Felt rude for hanging up, but was getting nowhere.

Middletown Cycle has been nothing less than accommodating, understanding, accurate and competitive with every transaction Ive made with them. I buy parts and accessories and they service when necessary. I dont expect them to be perfect, since they are human beings and all. But they always do their best, which is more than I can say for other shops around town. Keep up the good work!

Great mechanics they really know there stuff, the husband and Wife own the place and Im here to tell you shes Jekyll and Hyde when her husband is around shes all nice and decent but when hes not around its her way or the highway some would say shes bipolar I think shes crazy. Now Im to the parts counter the parts manager will do more to avoid you and work harder at not doing his job than actually doing it

So they have a decent shop that is larger than it looks. Prices are about average on most things but they often have a few good deals on accessories. The location of the shop is odd, but its easily seen from the highway if youre heading northbound on I75.

Since I live about 2 miles from MC, I go here a lot for my parts and service needs. Not sure why Chris Ingram never received assistance, I cant get 5 feet in the door without multiple employees saying welcome and asking if they could assist. Normally I point to the parts counter or ask them for assistance. Had my rear turn signals re-wired and absolutely pleased with their work. Have a service appt at the end of May for new shoes. Never had an issue with them in 5 years that Ive been going there.

I asked a lot of questions involving an out of state purchase, and she was friendly, helpful, personable, and honest. This level of customer service is so hard to find in modern times.
