The Shop had an open sign, however no one physically attends to the store. There is only telephone contact. Three calls for an appt, no one ever came to see or replace the window. No one even apologized for not calling or coming, after making an appt to stop by my house 2xs. Unprofessional and absentee Business. Waste of 2 days, gas, time, etc.

Fast, courteous. And the replacement came out just as good as original. Great workmanship cared about their work and cared about my vehicle.

Our home needed a large, fixed transom window installed over our homes entry since the old one after 20-years, failed to keep its seal and insulation ability. Glass Doctor measured for the custom fit and delivered and installed our window to perfection. We are very pleased with the result and their courteous, professional and friendly service.

Best place for any windows repair

They fixed my windshield so promptly and had the best prices in Orange County. (I called 20 places). The family that runs this is kind, helpful, and friendly. They do more than fix windshields too!

I would like to give them negative 5 stars!I had a contractor break the outside glass pane on a sliding glass door. I had Glass Doctor come out to give me a price to replace the glass and they did. Then the contractor said hed replace the glass instead of paying someone else to do it. He went to Home Depot (only place to order Silverline) and ordered the glass and it was delivered. Now the contractor disappeared, I know, shocking right?! So I call Glass Doctor back and explain the situation, they say no problem and give me a price for the labor only and scheduled the job for Saturday morning. I got a call Friday late afternoon saying they are canceling the job because they didnt order the glass. Because they couldnt make a few more dollars off of me by selling me the glass, they cancel the job at the last minute. Completely unprofessional money hungry people. Stay Away From This Place!!!

I was going to use them to replace a garage window. I cancelled because the door was very old and we are just going to replace the door. They cancelled it without a fuss or fee.

Unfortunately, I had a rock chip my windshield a few months ago. Thankfully, they were very kind, accommodating and made the process painless. He tried to fill it, but it wouldnt take, so I had to replace the whole windshield which he had to order. Three days later, my car was back to normal! Very knowledgeable and explained anything I needed to know.I chose Glass Doctor because my job uses them whenever our trucks windshields get chipped and was told they always do a good job. Very satisfied with the experience.
