Took my car to Apex last week with two issues. One particular issue I had, he gave me the option to replace (which cost more) or take to someone else who could weld, (which would be cheaper). I appreciate the fact he was honest to say that wasnt his expertise. Luckily, my brother is a welder and I was able to get it taken care of with no problem. Also, they provided me with a picture which was very helpful. The other issue with my car, Apex was able to fix same day and did an excellent job!

While their sign says they specialize in BMW, Jaguars, and Land Rover, they also work on Audi’s. When working on an Audi, it is best that the mechanic is familiar with the cars. I have brought my car here twice now and both times felt comfortable as Mark and his crew are clearly knowledgeable on my A4. While they are not always the cheapest place out there, they are reasonably priced and from my experience use high-quality parts and do the job right the first time.They have been very honest with me and I really appreciate the sound advice. I also appreciate their excellent communication.While I dread any repair on my car as it is never cheap, this is my go to place in Middletown when I need major work done! Their warranty on their work provides good piece of mind (I learned this lesson the hard way when I had a low quality water pump fail after 14k miles that was installed at another shop).

Apex installed four new tires in a timely and professional manner. They wiped the steering wheel after pulling out of the garage plus they offered a free car wash. A very good value with the work costing the estimate provided. I would recommend them.

Nice people, but dont expect your car back in a timely manner.Failure to assess vehicle issues accurately cost me more money on several occasions.Was belittled because I told owner I used my child support for the final bill.He said he didnt care basically.Had my car for two months the first time and 3 weeks the second time.Charged me 400 more bucks because my car took up space in his garage while trying to fix my car.Charged my boss who owns a towing business 400 bucks for a firebird he didnt even fix.Take a risk if you want, but your better off taking it to pepboys.

Not only was he super nice—he fixed all of the issues that I was having with my BMW, AND he did it at a very reasonable cost without any of the extra hassle you might get from other shops! Met Mark on a Facebook Jaguar forum, it was very encouraging to find a Jaguar expert with their own shop. The in-person experience was top notch. Mark is friendly, professional and conscientious. We talked about several items for the new-to-me 19 year old XK8. I had previously been told I would need a shin adjustment on the rear axle. Mark counseled me it may not be necessary due to the camber being relatively close and the toe angle being fine. He saved me money and was right that a wheel bearing adjustment would smooth out the ride. I have a great deal of confidence in Mark’s technical skills and am very appreciative of his treating-the-customer-right approach to business. He’s my Jag mechanic for life!
