The BEST Mavis I’ve been to. As a female I always feel very uncomfortable going to any car service company, especially Mavis. They’re always extremely rude and try to strong arm you into having additional service done, even when it’s not really needed. However, this Mavis was different everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Dylan. I showed up without an appointment for a tire repair, I was in and out. There was absolutely no pressure for additional services. They definitely care about their customers and not just the making unnecessary sales like the rest of the locations. Would 100% recommend!!

Shane and Dylan were awesome to work with. I called Saturday with a spare on my front passenger. And they got me in the next day. The prices were more than fair. The work done was fast and efficient and they kept me in the loop the entire time. They even showed me the results for an alignment check, showing the necessity so I could choose to get it done rather than them just trying to get money. Good experience at Mavis on a Saturday morning. Dropped my car first thing for an oil change, rotation and balancing. Received a call back in just about an hour that the work was complete. Manufacturer recommended services were offered according to mileage, and will be considered for the next visit.Overall, a smooth process from drop off to pick up.

Blew a tire at 65 got. Scheduled appointment, got a call from Shane to confirm. Explained I was waiting on Jack (card not have spares anymore). Shane adjusted appt, when I showed with loose tire had me in and outing minutes. Fast, courteous service.

Had an alignment done at Alignment World and went back twice to put steering wheel straight again and they told me it can’t be done it’s my tires. Went to Mavis for help and Shane and Ray got it done right. Ray said the alignment wasn’t even done before. Shane and Ray were great and Professional.

Honestly this place is completely different from the one on 211 in Middletown. The are extremely professional and really go above and beyond to help you out! After the horrible experience that I had at the 211 store I was hesitant to come to the dolson location and I am glad I did! They make you feel welcomed and they truly try their best to accommodate all your needs! This is the only place that I bring my wife’s, mother’s, and my car too! The prices are fair and they work with you to!! I didn’t know that they even have like a payment option and Shane the manager told me about it and I was approved and was able to get all the work done instead of waiting a month to do all the work and they got right on it to finish the job! Also instead of going to the 211 location where they really just push you away and treat you like dirt come to the location on Dolson they are just amazing here!!!! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!

Do NOT go to this Mavis if you do not personally know someone who works there because they will rip you off. I went to Mavis in March to replace my front, drivers side tire and get a wheel alignment. They replaced the tire and did a computerized wheel alignment and charged me $212 for the service. They did not mention anything else wrong with my car. The following Monday when I drove on the highway to work, I noticed that my car would shake when I stepped on the brake. I knew something was wrong, but did not get the opportunity to go back because I am a student and work crazy hours. Fast forward to July, I took my car to my mechanic and LOOK WHAT HE found (picture attached). I am so angry that I did not go back to this Mavis on Dolson Ave when I first noticed my car shaking. I even asked the guy at the front desk if he could give me some advice about my car and they clearly took advantage seeing that I did not know much about cars. Now I have to get entire new rim and tire and wheel alignment. My mechanic could not believe that I was driving with this since March and said I was lucky to be alive/not have gotten into an accident. I have no idea how they managed to do this, but I PAID $212 FOR THIS SERVICE. If I could give zero stars, I would have. Seriously, to anyone who needs service on their car, DO NOT GO HERE.

Service was great. Took my car right in to be fixed. Even gave me a free tire rotation which was listed without my having to ask for it. I would use Mavis again at Dolson Ave. in Middletown when I need repairs.

I had a blow out on the highway- they took us in immediately to fix our tire . They accommodated us knowing we were not from the immediate area and were traveling long distance. They took the car in quick ! Entire experience was fantastic. The team here is polite & professional . We were back on the highway in no time!

Just had my daughter in laws car serviced (wheel baron,& driving belt) at Dolson ave Middletown location, the cost was extremely reasonable ( cheapest in the area) and costumer service was remarkable!! Ive been coming here for years but today I honestly came here feeling a lil discouraged due to the mishaps Ive been having with this car. Raymi came to me and told me the problems discovered with my brakes vs sending me & my daughter back on the road unsafe. He reassured he would get on it immediately & sufficiently. Im very pleased with his service as well as this location as a whole.

I was in just for a filter. I was in and out within 5 minutes. I watched the manager Robert buy lunch for customers who were waiting for their vehicles. Robert the manager also offered to bring a family home since their car was going to take a while. Never seen just lovely workers. His assistant Jake was good too. I come here all the time and I must say their worker Eduardo is fantastic. He is so polite and is always cleaning the shop. I recommend going here for all your work.

On June 11th, i called the Mavis on Dolson ave, i then asked them for a price for shocks for my Ford Escape. The price given to me by Jake, was Excellent . I then drove to Mavis and within 10 mins after i arrived, they brought the vehicle in and ordered the shocks and started installing the shocks. The shocks, were installed in a timely manner . The store management down to the employees, were professional and courteous . Thanks again to Raymi and Jake. I recommend this Mavis tire store 100%.

I had a bolt in my tire and they were jam packed for the day. Steve helped me out and fit me in to get it replaced. They are the best!!

I stopped by with a head light out and had purchased the bulb and already had stopped several other places that just couldn’t or wouldn’t even attempt to replace it for me. Two young guys working tonight did not hesitate to take the 15 or so minutes it took to replace this bulb that apparently is blocked pretty good in my car! Not only did they not charge me or even take a tip all they asked for was a good review and they deserve it. In today’s world it is hard to find good people willing to help you out for absolutely nothing but a thank you. So again thank you guys for helping me out tonight and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good service and people willing to go the extra mile when they just do not have to!
