They have an extensive selection of bagels. Unique cream cheese selection and New England brand coffee. All good things to start or keep any day going. Try the cinnamon sugar bagel!Only criticism is I wish they would toast them a little more. It barely heated up mine and had no crunch.

I’ve been coming here for years but after my experience today, I won’t be returning. The woman behind the counter was rude, actually yelled at us at multiple different times and openly complained about the size of our group to her coworker in the kitchen. Super unprofessional, aggressive, unfriendly and just mean! Not sure why someone is so upset that she just needs to do her job? It’s a bagel place, calm down.

Ive been coming here for years and have never had an issue but today I was given incorrect change and ended up paying $8 for a bagel and cream cheese, should have been $4.10. I only had a $20 (they are cash only BTW) and she said she could only give me $1 bills back. My fault for not counting to ensure 16 $1 dollar bills were present before leaving the restaurant. There were only 12. Unfortunately I wont be coming to this location any more. Bummer.

Love the name, also the bagels. coffee is as good as you can expect and theres a lot of delicious cream cheese options. cash only w an ATM inside, and they don’t toast the bagels (??) but i think if you asked they might?? anyway super tasty and quick would recommend

We are visiting from out of town. As soon as we stepped into the shop we were screamed at to decide what to eat. Without a chance to review their menu options. The workers were completely unfriendly and seemed to not want our money. It was so rushed and I didn’t even get to order a sandwich because they conveniently ran out of the specific kind that I want. I understand due to the pandemic people are on edge however, you would think they would be nicer. I do not recommend this place unless you want to be treated like complete trash. 1 Star is too much.

Everything you love about a local business. I was greeted with smiles and a willingness to help-often lacking at other places. Delicious food too! Try the bagel toes! While exiting I was reminded to come back and see us but I won’t need a reminder..

Best bagels in New England, maybe even the Northeast. Theyre even good toasted with butter... no fancy cream cheeses or flavors required.

Bagel boys can be hit or miss depending on who is working, and the time of day. If you dont come early enough in the morning you are going to find yourself staring at a few left over bagels from the early morning rush. They do not seem to bake more than once during the day, so it is early morning or nothing. This is also a cash only establishment so keep that in mind when you are stopping in, they do not take credit or debit cards, I believe they do have an ATM machine on site, but be prepared to pay fees that would make a strip club blush to take money out. The food is fresh and well prepared, but again get their early or youre going to miss out on the best options.

The bagels are delicious and the staff here are filled with local people who offer friendly salutations to all patrons, local or otherwise. Be prepared for a cash only business however and above-average bagel prices. All in all, the best bagel around, if not a bit pricey.

This is not a fancy bagel joint. But if you like bagels, well, I dont know of a better bagel within 50 miles. Not saying theyre isnt one. I just havent had to look because these are very good. Theres an excellent choice from plain to everything with lots in between. Theyll make a non-processed egg sandwich on the spot as well as diverse lunch sandwiches using your favorite bagel too.

Stopped in here nice and early on a Sunday. The reviews had me nervous, but this place was great. The bagels were outstanding. A coffee cake muffin was maybe the best one Ive ever tasted. My wife got the jalapeño cream cheese and enjoyed it as lover of all things spicy. Its an old school place. Handwritten signage, cash only. Not to be missed if you are a bagel enthusiast. Friendly staff even gave us a bagel toe for our son. I didnt have to share my muffin.

Almost ruined my lunch by giving in to the enticing bakery treats! Gotta come back for morning treats as well as gourmet lunches!

Bagel was great, but not worth the attitude. Female customer service behind the counter was hideous! I mean, when ordering she had a complete lack of acknowledgement. I finally decided to talk over her personal conversation to order and she literally ignored making any eye contact or acknowledgement but continued in her convo and eventually started the motions of completing my order. Horrible service!

Didnt even stay for the food. The customer service is atrocious. I walked in at 10am and there were 3 bagels..at bagel boys..after the 2 ladies behind the counter walked by a few times one of them finally said do you know what you want?.. to which I replied probably one of the bagels you dont have jokingly with a smile on my face. I was stared down by both ladies and received a short this is it and then she turned her back to me..immediately went to panara and was greeted by friendly wait staff.. dont waste your time here

I use to love bagel boys. Now they are terrible. So over priced and everytime i go there i always have a problem. Today, i ordered a bagel and cream cheese, got home and there was no cream cheese on it. The two young girls that were working were there are idiots and dont care about anything.
