Staff was incredibly helpful. Store is organized and clean. Parking is simple and easy. Location is convenient. They were out of quite a few times (Covid supply chain disruptions) but won’t ding them for that because that’s everywhere.

I was helped by a very knowledgeable lady and she had me in and out quickly.

Ive been purchasing from this location for years. When I walked in there was an irritated customer the representatives tried to remain polite and calm. Every time Ive been here theyve been very helpful but it was obvious they were strained by this. Please be kind and patient, especially during holiday season to sales personnel. I was scared about trying a radical hair coloring - galaxy and doing it myself but thanks to the worker I dealt with who gave me excellent advise, my hair turned out fantastic!!

Refuse to allow returns on orders they messed up. Horrible policy! Never shopping at Sally again. COSMO PROF is definitely the better route to go!

They are not open during their posted open hours... I have went twice now when they were supposed to be open and it was locked up and dark..

Curbside is terrible. Dont bring what you order and miss things and wont stand behind it.

Love my Sallys but would love it more if you could please carry more colors of dip polish. Had only 3 colors to choose from 😪 people see you have slim pickins of a new item, they wont be coming back. Dip powder is crazy right now 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
