Friendly service, great selection, and fair prices! Ive had rare bottles ordered in special for me, Forest City Wines & Spirits will definitely be my go to liquor store even if there are others closer.

If there were more than 5 stars I would give. After calling a couple places around town to hand deliver a couple bottles of champagne to family in the area for Christmas to no avail, I called Forest City. Eric took his time to take down all of the information and let us know when he would be able to deliver it. We asked if it would be possible to send a brief Christmas note to include with the bottles. Not only did they write the note on an actual Christmas card with envelope, they also gift wrapped the bottles for us. I don’t often write reviews, but they really did go above and beyond what we expected. Eric even sent us pictures of the items before he delivered and sent a confirmation once they were dropped off. Thanks a million for all the help.

The best beverage store in Middletown. The owners and staff are beyond helpful, and are very lovely people. They have really nice wines, which I appreciate, and a good selection of sour beers. They also have off-street parking in the back-handy for when downtown is packed!

I was so amazed at the incredible selection of foreign and domestic beer at Forest City Wine and Spirits that I was inspired to buy dozens of unique beers from around the world to make a beer tasting part of our big summer party. That was a really big hit with my beer connoisseur friends! Forest City Wine and Spirits also has an extensive wine selection and top shelf liquor. I recommend Forest City to anyone who is is looking for a wide selection of top quality wine or beer.

Worst place ever!!! I went there to buy a bottle of tequila as a gift and the man at the counter first said that he didnt know if they had gift bags. Then, he couldnt log into the system and he said that it was because I didnt have enough funds in my account!!! Just like that. I told him that wasnt possible and that he shouldnt have said that, and he got mad at me and, because I was in a hurry, I gave him my other card, a credit card, which he said again that it didnt have enough funds! It was a credit card! It didnt even say declined. It said unable to log in to the system. I told him that he couldnt log in because his system was down and he still didnt get it. He was rude and awful! Im never buying there again! And they have a positive vibes only sign on the counter!?! They should make their own employees read it!... After that awful encounter I ended up going to Discount liquor, in the movie theater plaza. Paid with the same card, they wrapped it in a nice gift bag (bow included) and it was fifty one cents cheaper! And the guy at the counter was nice too! What a difference!

Very good mix of wine, beer, spirits, liquors and cordials. Their craft and specialty beer selection is up there with the others in the area. They take the extra time to make great displays and conversation with their customers. Store is huge and has some nooks & crannies so take the time to walk around; I found some obscure stuff I had been looking for (meads).

Excellent beer selection and great prices on just about everything from wine to whiskey. They will even special order local IPAs if they do not have them in stock.

I have not bought their wares, but a few years back, when I was collecting cans and bottles I used to go there. They started out with 5 or 6 machines and then they went to 2 machines and when they did that you might have to go and get someone if the machine failed in some way and that might take an 1/2 hour or more. I do not collect anymore so, I cannot say they have improved or remained the same.

The owners are friendly, the prices beat all the nearby competitors, and theyve got a great selection. On top of all that, they do holiday baskets.

Very wierd like wicked witch of the west place like if shes there i also caught them watering down vodka. They are garbage they talk a good talk but when it was the other owner I never had a issue. I eaven chased I thief for the original owner. These guys dont know I would have done the same now when I see them get robbed Im just going to laugh. And laugh very hard. They are garbage they came from another country and probably dont eaven know what website to use to prove themselves.

They are very nice but actually this place is expensive and they are hard to deal with if youre not happy with what you purchased. I purchased a spoiled keg from them and they wouldnt give me a refund!
