Steve and the crew from ThermoKing get five stars. They worked at our farm three full days to get our unit operating. We are a produce farm and needed a quick turnaround during the growing season to get our unit delivered, up and operating and keep our produce fresh. Steve is a busy guy, but trustworthy, honest and gets the job done timely at a reasonable cost no matter how busy. Thanks crew.

I was very happy with the work they did. Steve the general manager understood I was a one man operation and I needed my vehicle ASAP. Staff was friendly.

Called 8:30am went to the answering service. Called at 8:45 went to the answering service ...... hot there a short time later .... went in the right side door asking for help. Tech was rude and dismissive when he directed me to the parts and service door on the other side of the building. Went to parts and service around 8:50 door was still locked...... on to the next thermo king down the road sad to see business conducted like this

The people at this location are friendly. My truck GPS couldnt recognize the location have to use my phone GPS to get there but before I called their office number the lady told me the exact exit 15B I-84 Westbound took right there. The guy who worked on my unit did it for free. He said its just a wire disconnected from the starter.. They works on both thermo king and carrier units.

These guys are great. Informative and helpful. Steven couldnt have been nicer. Much different experience than the arrogance I received from other Thermoking dealers in the area. Thanks guys!

There a company that does air conditioning and refrigeration on trucks and buses at there shop or on site. Thay are very professional and reliable.

Thermo king has repaired and maintained commercial refrigeration equipment on our site for years. They are knowledgeable about our equipment and always provided prompt service when we call.

Great customer service, very friendlyWe have been to this shop twice and they have been nothing but professional and have gottten to us in a timely fashion the mechanics are very courteous and tell u every step what they are doing to diagnose your prob, im not sure why some bad reviews, we havent experienced at this thermo king at all, remember we all have our good and bad days we all have emergencys we need taken care of right then and there but dosent work out that way some one is waiting as well to get there units fixed as well that had issues before u thats trucking for ya.get used to it, yes would recommend this shop.

Our business transitioned to a new location in Middletown, NY in the fall of 2016. We have used Thermo-King for installation/repairs /maintenance on both our display and walk-in-boxes. Very positive experience, highly recommend.

Terrible service!!!! They come to check on a problem charges me 103 dollars to tell me I have a bad compressor. They order a new compressor and install it only to say the compressor was a bad one that was sold to them. Then I get another call saying its the plug capallaries and that the amount of work to fix it is not worth their time!!! That my machine will still be a used machine and I should by another one. When asked to be compensated in someway for a kid diagnose and basically a blow off I get told this conversation is going nowhere and then got hunged up on!!! Great service. I wouldnt recommend these people to any one!!! Save your money and go somewhere else. Losers of a business. And very un professional!!

Had an emergency that was making me late for an delivery and called them up they told me bring it in and we will get you right in what they told me and I get there they go on lunch Load is warming up and late for a delivery.... Wow... They left me hanging and lunch was at 1030 am.... Like really? Now I know not to come here again... Its 1223 no and no sign of them....hr and a half for lunch

Was billed for 8 motor to be serviced at best they serviced 2 (fans motors fell off) and when I spoke to Bob (manager?) he said they only serviced the motors that didnt work not all of them. They also bypassed the condenser fan fuses (owner Steve tried to explain to me there is a reason to do this) to the point they said the condenser almost exploded when called to service when a tarp partially blocked airflow (fuses had they not been removed would have prevented this thats their job).I was hoping the owner was unaware of the shotty and dangerous work his employees were doing but after showing him and having him run out calling me a arrogant know it all when I wouldnt accept that fuses should ever be bypassed it seems he knows exactly the type of work they do.Id give zero stars if I could. Dont hire unless you was less than standard/unsafe work to be done at a premium price. Also be prepared to replace everything when it breaks out of pocket as the owner will run out and insult you when you call him of the work they do. Included is a picture of the bypassed fuses.

The owner is all about getting more outta you than needed. Was told 2.5 hrs got there Bill was for 4hrs charged 26 dollars for reefer wash when we never asked for one never again Steven never again
