Some in get donuts or ice cream and dairy products, also tobacco products and other things such as pop and snacks and a lot of misc items.

I dont buy much, gas and ice cream and stuff, but the ladies that have helped me there, Stephanie and the manager Cathy, have always been very nice and helpful and had patience. This Covid virus is getting to everyone and to be able to deal with the public in such a wonderful way is a godsend. I recommend this place to everyone and I also recommend everyone to act the same way. We will get through this.

Tasty ice cream sundaes! Its been a favorite since I was first able to eat ice cream as a child.

All I wanted was a milkshake the guy at the counter Nicholas told me he could only do scoops cause hes out of milk.. so I grabbed a small bottle of milk and asked him If I buy this milk will you make me a milkshake? he tells me he still cant because the icecream is too hard for the blenders to blend.. and I look at the icecream several have several scoops missing or even are half full and I asked about a flavor that had scoops missing an he still persisted that he couldnt blend a milkshake despite the ice cream obviously was thawed enough to scoop.. pretty sure he was just BS-ing me so he didnt have to make a milkshake.. very poor customer service..

I have gone here for years with nothing note worthy until now. I went in last night, other stores near by were closed because no power. So udf was pretty busy, the line was out the door, but the lady running the register was a beast! She was running two registers, and the line went down faster then 2 people would usually do.Thank you for doing an amazing job. Wish I got your name.

Im incredibly disappointed with the customer service at the liberty township store in front of Delhi garden center. Heaven forbid the customers are even acknowledged, and when they are, there are inconvenienced attitudes coming from the young girls behind the counter. I for one will avoid coming to this certain store. I wont discriminate all UDF stores because I know not all employees are this disrespectful to the customers.

Went in to buy a bottle of red wine after work. Selected a bottle and proceeded to the register. The wine came up $3 more than the price label on the shelf. I told the cashier of the variance and then proceeded to show him the price label as he couldn’t find the wine.I walked back up to the register as he stepped into the back room to call someone. After 3-4 mins, he got off the phone and proceeded to tell me that if I wanted the wine, I would have to pay the higher price... $3 higher than the price label. I told him no. I would just select another wine. He then told me that it would be illegal if he adjusted the price. I told him he was wrong and he screamed across five other customers and told me to “look it up!”I responded and told him not to scream at me, particularly in front of a store full of customers. I then stood in a line six deep to purchase my newly selected wine. He had to check my ID again and was short and adbrupt with me.... His name was Nick.

You wont find a better ice cream place in this area! They run different specials every month where you can get a milkshake for two bucks! Plus, with a U Drive card; you save money on gas by shopping for things you would already be buying anyway.

They hired a bunch of incompetent morons. How can someone work there and not know the menu they serve.

When a customer tells you what part of the icecream they want, you choose not to give it, and Im paying for you to put the extra, DONT tell me you cant. CUSTOMERS ALWAYS RIGHT
