Everyone at Minuteman Press was amazing -- I had an unexpected urgent order that needed artwork, printing and overnight delivery cross-country from CT to Reno NV. They had to coordinate between colleagues in Middletown CT and myself in Washington DC. They did it beautifully. In 6 hours the order was completed to perfection. Despite the pressure, everyone was professional and courteous. There were timely emails and phone calls to keep me apprised on progress that occurred after they were officially closed and before they opened for business. One example --At 8:03 am (they open at 9:00 am ) I had an email with the tracking number from the shipment that went out after the shop closed the night before. They are phenomenal.
